This is a pretty easy one.

From what I saw on the 11-12 step this week, the only requirement was to complete one lost zone in Orgrimmar. In this case, my group completed The Drag on the way to Valley of Honor, which we also completed. We returned and killed Thrall, and voila, mission complete.

Just to clear up any confusion, the Page entitled "The Final Truth" was not located anywhere within the Horrific Vision. It's just a chest reward after your group has completed a Lost zone and have left the vision after killing the final boss.

Looks like the quest maker on your map is the one to do. So look for it before you do a different area.

You get this quest once your cloak is at level 11, to get your cloak to level 12. The quest refers to the "Lost Areas" but they aren't called that on the map (fyi, you can see a map of the zone after entering the Tenebrous Gateway and before entering Stormwind or Org, if you didn't know). These Lost areas are the 2 hardest areas, the ones that you lose 12 insanity.

So basically this quest is the first one that forces you to go into the hardest zones. As others have said you can ignore on the map where it looks like you "find" the book, it actually shows up in the chest when you exit. So all you have to do is complete one of the the hardest zones.

After this quest you get Reconstructing "The Final Truth"
