Since in the suit the mines don't HURT you, I just kept running into them until enough mines had de-spawned to walk up and take it.

On my last two sets of Heritage armor it was basically "Here, do you want this armor ?" One click and then "Here's your Heritage armor."

Adding to the rest of the class related help to get through the maze. Just use death's advance to get to the coconut drink.

If you're using a class that can't leap or teleport (and your Rocket Jump is on CD), note that even a small amount of lag can make the server misjudge your position (compared to the client) and blow you up (and away from the middle) even if you don't actually step on (or get too close to) any mine.

To avoid this, tap W (or whatever button you use to move forward) instead of holding it down. As long as you keep tapping it, you move slightly slower and the game updates your position more accurately every time you stop and start moving.

You still need to follow the "right" path, but this should get rid of explosions when you turn corners too fast.

Consider the drink a fitting reward for reaching the oasis and surviving the inevitable explosions in the process!
