The cache is found to the left and outside of the cave (Basin Hideout) found in Dragon's Teeth Basin. If you open the map, it's near the SE corner of that triangular peninsula just east of the Alliance base, Mezzamere. If you run by a number of Volatile Tide Surgers, you're heading in the right direction.

Is there a prerequisite for this quest? Been all over there and not seeing the chest.

In order to continue your War Campaign, you must complete the quest "Clearing out the Cache". This is the last quest in the Nazjatar storyline.

As soon as you finish the quest to raise a bodyguard to level 3 you will get this quest!

After finding the cache I went in the cave at /way 45.97 51.95 and killed naga until a azsh'ari stormsurger spawned, killed it and the quest showed as complete.

For anyone as oblivious as I was... the cave you find the weapon cache in front of is actually deeper. Go in there and kill naga until the "boss" activates and you can complete the quest.

Those gold pools in the cave? YES, they're azerite pools and can make the difference between dying twice and getting through all the enemies - as a clothie.

If you die jump down all of the waterfalls from the Graveyard to the cave entrance at (46,51).

Lady Ashvane never said a word when I was there.
The "contain yourself" line confused me, so I had to watch the Youtube video.
Apparantly, Ashvane talks throughout the encounter. Who knew?

enter in the cave /way 45, 52
pick Azerite Weapon /way 44,83, 52,91
kill all the six nagas
kill three more nagas
kill Azsh'ari Stormsurger
return quest

Also, sit in the azerite for a buff, and take a weapon - it increases dmg by 10% and reduces dmg by 10%. 399 ilvl rogue - died the first time.

Priscilla Ashvane's crew is in the "Basin Hideout" cave, found to the right (when facing the waterfall) of the second level of the waterfall cascade. There is a short path up from the main level of the Dragon's Teeth Basin (where the Makrura slaves are held) again to the right of the bottom of the waterfalls when facing the wall. There is also a huge crab standing on the second level of the waterfall at the correct level to find the cave. The cache is a big box at the cave entrance, which has no involvement in the quest except for acting as a landmark.
