I believe the following path is the fastest route back to Ulduar:

1. Boralus portal in Silithus
2. Stormwind portal in Boralus
3. Dalaran, Crystalsong Forest portal in Stormwind
4. Fly to Ulduar

Tip for people like me who expect to find a "teleportation pad to Ulduar" in Dalaran: It's not there. It's at the entrance to Ulduar. Fly to Ulduar, then take the teleport pad to Mimiron's lab.

Engineers, don't forget if you have Wormhole Generator: Northrend in your Toy box - teleporting to Storm Peaks will save you a lot of time.

I know that it clearly says "use teleportation pad," but if you flew directly into Ulduar and felt confused... go back out, you'll see the teleportation pad right outside the entrance.
