Found the item that begins this quests killing Naga's at Nazmir, it then sent me to Collector Kojo to check on the item, after inspecting it asks you to take the dagger and place it in the "makeshift altar" located in (/way Zandalar 78.05/ 36.74) Atal'Gral, once you put the item in the altar leads you to Thanks Bacarra for correction

Every Little Death Helps
<The whispers are faint, but grow louder as you hold the blade in your hand.>
So weak. . . need. . . blood. . . .souls...
<the voice trails off, but you can still sense the dagger urging you on.>

You have to kill Naga's in the area and you will absorb their souls, once your bar is filled up to 100 you go back to the altar

Once your done you'll get 23 gold 40 silver and:

Where you will have to travel to Drustvar on Falcon's rest (/way Drustvar 19.96/36.26) and stop the ritual by killing 3 sorcerers and Inanis so you can grab the Void Stone and then will send you to

The Pirate's Treasure
For this part you'll have to travel to Tiragarde around Freehold and make your way through some pirates, grab the trident which will lead you to

The Tempest Crown
Where you'll have to kill Toatana to make yourself with the crown called "Tempest Caller"
And get 46 gold and 80 silver along with Azerite

As you have all 3 objects she will give you a new quest called "Twist the Knife"
The relics are ours. . . as it was meant to be.
There is but one more step needed for the great truths to be revealed.
The naga sought to summon their storm from a place that echoes with ancient power. Though this site has countless names over the ages, your mortals know it as the Precipice of Oblivion.

You'll also get 46 gold and 80 silver with Azerite

Once you get there you'll be asked to enter the Crucible of Storms where she'll ask you to place the 3 objects and once you're done this BOOM she goes full psycho offering your soul to a giant eye in exchange for her safe passage. As you're lifted in the air unable to move the giant eye will put a curse on you and you'll have to go back and tell your mom err I mean Princess Talanji what you did and in order to remove the curse you'll get
His Eye Upon You who'll you find Nailok who will give you the option to keep the curse or lift it, if you remove it rewards you with Twitching Eyeball

The blade (Xal'atath) you need is right next to Collector Kojo in Seeker's Vista ,Stormsong Valley for Alliance in what looks to be a crate to his left.

The quest info did not seem clear to me when I accepted. You should get a "hand' icon when hovering over the crate. Click it and then the small island will show up on your map for where the makeshift alter is located.

/Edit to say: The altar is on top of the hill, not in the cave as you come out of the water or the cave under the water.

Hi all

To Start this Story line You need find Azsharan Medallion, this is droping from mobs on World Quest Naga Attack! ( on all of them ). After you will get Azsharan Medallion you will start storyline.

You need to complete your war campaign or you will not be able to participate in the Naga Attack! Quests and see the NPCs to obtain the medallion.

How/when did the priest player lose Xal'atah so that the turtle could find it in Stormsong?

Don't forget to grab the blade next to the quest giver before running off to the island altar.

Does it give unique dialogue if you're a priest? For me it only said "That priest".

When you interact with Collector Kojo, he usually says "If you find powerful artefacts, bring them to me. Don't even think to use them yourself!"
Really, Kojo? And you send me alone with Xal'atath of all things.

Description

<Kojo studies the medallion and grimaces.> Ugh... naga. This medallion is inscribed with orders. Looks like naga have been commanded to invade our shores and seize artifacts of great power. You know, I recently came upon one such object. See that dagger over there? Nasty thing. Gives me the willies. I swear I hear it whispering to me. I found it on an island in Stormsong Valley, on a makeshift altar. Maybe if you take it there, you'll get an idea of how the naga intended to use it.
