In order to begin this questline, you must first:

Have the Battle for Azeroth expansion
Complete the Secrets in the Sands questline.
~~Reach exalted reputation with the Voldunai~~ (No Longer Required as of 9.0.1)

This quest is part of a chain of quests that unlock the Vulpera allied race for the Horde. The questline consists of 25 different quests but doesn't take a significant amount of time to complete (around 1 hour with BFA flying). Upon completion, you will unlock the Vulpera allied race, receive the Caravan Hyena mount, the Nomi's Vintage toy, as well as earn the achievement, Allied Races: Vulpera (Hidden Character Achievement). Although it consists of 25 quests, many of the quests can be accepted/completed at the same time.

As you might have noticed, Vintner Iltheux is very particular about his wine making process, but his ancient recipe was crafted with only the Nightborne in mind. We need something different to please the diverse palates of the Horde! Talk to Nomi and see what he has in mind to spice things up.
