Don't do what I did and assume this quest was bugged because you couldn't hand it in to Gallywix after talking to him. The hand-in location is near the Motherlode portal. I'll just pretend I didn't abandon it and retake it from Tanaris before realising.

Full quest chain to obtain Feathers for Horde:

Once you complete the achievement "Ready For War" the intro quest will immediately pop up at Trade Prince Gallywix on The Banshee's Wail (on the bottom floor of the boat)

1. Whatever Happened to Grizzek Fizzwrench?
2. Some Reassembly Required
3. Re-parrot
4. Return to the Nest
5. He's Dead, Jastor

When I first arrived at the turn in location Gazlowe was missing.

He eventually appeared a few minutes later so don't rush to assume it's bugged.

2nd for me. This way, if I get questioned why he is still alive I can say.. well then who DID i blow up?

Gazlowe is located just north of the MOTHERLOAD enterance.

For those who forgot to do this quest prior to the release of 8.2-

I had to go to Mechagon and then back to the Port for Gazlowe to appear for the final hand-in which rewards this pet. You may just have to leave Zuldazar in some way/form for him to appear in his original spot by his Island Expedition Crew, but going to Mechagon and back worked for me.
