After completing the previous quest, Gallywix Got Away, this one never popped up for me even though I was 8k into Honored with 7th Legion.

Edit: Alright, so apparently, the next world quest you complete for 7th Legion triggers this breadcrumb to pop up.

It requires you to be 7500 rep into Honored with 7th Legion in order for the quest to pop up.

This never popped for me but I was able to get the next quest Intercepted Orders from Halford Wyrmbane with a ! at 7.5k

Hi all

I present Blood in the Water quest chain. Part of Ready for War. To start this Questchain you need to have 7.5k/12k reputation with 7th Legion. One of Rewords from this Qeustchain is unlock dungeon Kings' Rest.

3. Hunting Blood Prince Dreven	Shandris Feathermoon - mount Swiftwing after you will auto fly to locate Horde ships.	Shandris Feathermoon
4. Behind Enemy Boats	Shandris Feathermoon - On this quest you have 3 steps: 1st You will fly use skill 1 to land in water and use the rope to get on board. 2nd Kill 10 Sailors. 3rd open Battlechest of the Horde You will fall into a trap but at the end Wildhammer Gryphon Rider will save you. 5. Broadside Bedlam	The Banshee's Wail Cannon - Durning quest Behind Enemy Boats when you will get on ship board you will be able to pick up this quest from cannon. At first you need to pick up 3 items: Azerite-Infused Cannonballs in room on left, Azerite-Infused Gunpowder between cannos and Banshee's Wail Torch next to the steps. After you collect them all you need to shut from all 3 cannons. This quest you will only finish when quest Behind Enemy Boats will be done.	Wildhammer Gryphon Rider
6. The Wildhammer Specialty	Wildhammer Gryphon Rider - You will fly and you will had 2 skills to use ( i was using only skill 1 ). You need to do 4 things: Burn The Crimson Squall deck and The Crimson Squall sails ( this 2 are on first ship with you will fly around ) Kill 60 Soldiers and destroy 15 Horde rowboats. After that you will land on ship and go to bow deck to see Shandris Feathermoon.	Shandris Feathermoon
7a. An Unnatural Crew	Shandris Feathermoon - Kill 12 Horde crew aboard the Crimson Squall. Shandris Feathermoon is under the deck.	Shandris Feathermoon
7b. Foul Crystals for Foul People	Shandris Feathermoon - Destroy 5 San'layn Crystals. Shandris Feathermoon is under the deck.	Shandris Feathermoon
7c. Kings' Rest	Shandris Feathermoon - You will auto finish this quest with same NPC. After finish this quest you will get Kings' Rest. You will unlock new dungeon Kings' Rest.	Shandris Feathermoon
10. Ending the San'layn Threat	Shandris Feathermoon - You need to kill Blood Prince Dreven. Follow Shandris Feathermoon door will be open and you can kill him. To run out from ship you need to jump in to the water and use skill on your extra action bar.	Shandris Feathermoon

For the BFA War Campaign, there are 4 breadcrumb quests: Operation: Blood Arrow, Operation: Cutpurse, Operation: Gryphon's Claw & Operation: Heartstrike. They all act in the same way. Originally they would pop up during the campaign, telling you you needed to get more reputation with The 7th Legion before opening up next step. However, in 8.2.5, Blizzard removed the reputation requirements for the War Campaign quests. At first I thought that had effectively made these breadcrumbs unavailable, but they can be done, you just have to do things in a very specific manner.

For Operation: Blood Arrow:
1) Do all the intro quests from Halford, up to and including Blood on the Sand.
2) Do not accept next War Campaign quest from Halford yet.
3) If needed, grind 7th Legion reputation up to Friendly 4500/6000. Check https://www.wowhead.com/guide/the-7th-legion-reputation-guide-6196 for tips.
4) Triggering the actual quest can be done in two ways: Getting reputation with 7th Legion past the required rep (for example by doing a WQ on Zandalar) or by relogging in Stormwind.
5) Now you can turn in Operation: Blood Arrow and continue on with next step of the War Campaign.

For Operation: Cutpurse:
1) Continue on with War Campaign, up to and including Target: Blood Prince Dreven.
2) Do not accept next War Campaign quest from Halford yet.
3) If needed, grind 7th Legion reputation up to Honored 3000/12000.
4) Triggering the actual quest can be done in two ways: Getting reputation with 7th Legion past the required rep (for example by doing a WQ on Zandalar) or by relogging in Stormwind.
5) Now you can turn in Operation: Cutpurse and continue on with next step of the War Campaign.

For Operation: Gryphon's Claw:
1) Continue on with War Campaign, up to and including Gallywix Got Away.
2) Do not accept next War Campaign quest from Halford yet.
3) If needed, grind 7th Legion reputation up to Honored 7500/12000.
