If you do this on one character, it will be auto unlocked for your other characters.

So, apparently this quest doesn't become available unless:

You have completed the first 2 footholds for the are campaign.
You reach level 116.

At this point, it's supposed to auto-pop-up. If you are already level 116 however, it may not pop up after completing your second foothold. This is probably because you'll be right in front of Naph, so no quest for you...

HOWEVER: A simple relog (maybe change chars, sell some junk on the AH or whatever) and voila - you will be awarded with the quest popping up ^^

"The introduction questline is available once you have progressed your War Campaign past the point where you have established 2 footholds on the other faction's continent and level 116. After your footholds are setup you should have a quest auto-accepted called "The Azerite Advantage."

If you as me have already complete this pre-quests with Alliance you will only go to NPC Captain Rez'okun and click on table of expeditions to start it

You have to be level 40 for this quest to pop up.

Hello! I've been trying to take this quest in order to unlock the Troll Zandalari. I use the Add-On BTW quest, and I have already completed the previous quests. But it simply doesn't appear to me when I talk to "Nathanos". Does anybody know what should I do to get this quest available?

In order to unlock this quest, you need:
1) Level 35***
2) Have completed 2 footholds of your choice, of which quests unlock at level 35.

***NOTE: As of today ( 25/03/2022 ) this quest requires level 40 to pop up. NOT 35!
I don't know if it got changed later or if wowhead was wrong since the start.

In any case, if you head to the first foothold quest at level 35, you'll be level 38/38.5 by the time you complete the second one. So you'll need an additional 1/1.5 levels to get the quest.

Not sure if something had changed but as of Dragonflight this won't pop up at all. Level 70, completed 2 footholds, logged out a couple of times, travelled back to both footholds; nadda.
