Dread-Admiral Tattersail is on the upper deck of the ship near the ship's steering wheel.
Select Drustvar and now you have to run to the east.

Take Windrider to the Krazzlefrazz Outpost

Take the road to the south
Turn east and follow the road on the map
Cross the river, when you see it
near Athair

You need Rep with The Honorbound to open this section of quests. I believe its Honored, but I hit both friendly and honored before progressing.

Absolutely ridiculous. No wonder my Horde 120s are just sitting with this quest and not trying to complete it. It's horrible getting to Nathanos.

Anyone else having trouble turning this in? I’m at the objective and I hear Voss talk to the captain and there is a great ? Over Nathan is head but I can’t turn it in

Get a goblin glider or have some sort of slow fall: go south towards through Falconhurst, then follow the road that goes south of the mountain - eventually the road just ends into snow, turn left and go up the glacier towards the top of the mountain. Once you get to the top use some sort of slow fall, goblin glider and glide/fall with style down toward the objective. Can probably do it from else where, but this way doesn't take you right through an Alliance base.

Just want to add that you need to have a character that is at least level 60.
I only had one horde character before dragon flight, but i would like to unlock the troll and orc allied races and this character had most achievements and story unlocked, i was ON this quest already from last time i was trying to get them unlocked, but because she is only level 53, i suddenly couldn't complete this quest, i abandoned it and it disappeared completely, not able to pick it up. A ticket later and i was told by a mod that ones character now has to be level 60 before these quest-lines are accessible..
Just wanted to warn if others got stuck like i did, using half a day trying to find a solution.

Description

Our next stop is in Drustvar. There, along with some help, we shall identify and extract the body of a Kul Tiran war hero. With his aid, we will learn much of the Kul Tiran fleet. Enough to break it with ease. We shall meet you outside Barrowknoll Cemetery. Do try not to waste time, would you?
