Instant Meat, Ready to Eat world quest is located in Vol'dun Redsilt Wash on Zandalar isle at 45.72 19.49 .
To complete the quest use Meatification Potion on buzzards and brineclaws to blow them up, then collect their remains for Broiled Buzzard Meat and Steaming Crab Meat.

There seems to be a bug right now, where you can't use the potion from your quest tracker. Just simply open your inventory an throw it from there.

This quest seems to be kinda broken at the moment. There's no (or very, very close to at least) birds spawning within the quest area, and dragging them in from the surrounding area doesn't work either :'(

When you throw this at a Buzzard or Crab, they will * probably * blow up into cooked meat, which you can then pick up off the ground. However, if it fails, kill the now aggroed creature and you will loot the cooked meat upon their death instead. If you look at the creature while fighting, they have a debuff that states "Alchemically converted into cooked meat. Probably."

This quest is a little screwy as far as how the potion behaves. Sometimes the mob you throw it at will die a second later and spawn meat on the ground that you have to right click to loot (you can click the individual meat parts, collecting more than once per meat).

Other times the mob will not die and you have to fight it. The meat will drop from the corpse so you have to loot it.

The bug that clickable item was not usable in the quest side-bar happened to me, as well. It was the add-on HandyNotes. Once I disabled it, the quest worked just fine.

I know they are digital creations but damn does my heart go out for these poor creatures being cooked alive.

This was sort-of broken in 8.2.5: Bonebeak Scavengers are having their meat disappear/fall into the world when they vapourize, significantly slowing down the quest progress on them. The main breast/torso chunk never shows up, and some of the time a leg is missing too.
