This world quest is located in Nazmir Primal Wetlands subzone at 37.31 76.95 to the west of Zul'jan Ruins (Horde main base in zone and windrider with same name)

You need to use Talanji's Mojo and it makes you see Blood Troll Stalker and Blood Troll Cleaver in stealth
You can get Zandalari Spycatcher if you are fast enough and can complete it in 60 seconds.

The quest item Talanji's Mojo makes this quest nearly impossible to do for a stealth class. Anyone using it can see all stealthed characters whether NPC or Player.
The alliance are given the same buff from a different item. ( Portable Revealing Occular )
If you are a stealth class you will be at a huge disadvantage and if you do not want to corpse run about a dozen times then avoid this quest all together or do it in nonpeak opposite faction times.

The mojo potion never showed up in my bag for me. Entered the WQ area over and over but nothing. Quest must be bugged. I had some other mojo potion that I had bought from a vendor though, tried that but it didn't make the trolls visible.

This is again one of those quests that don't explain anything and the player has to figure out through 3rd party reports what to do. I am with WoW since the beginning but now I am getting the feeling that Blizzard is dropping any effort to keep this MMO going.
This quest for example is either bugged or it requires stuff from different sources: drop it, ignore it.

Just to add to the comments below. The device to detect the trolls is now the Portable Revealing Occular, as of 8.3.0 anyway.
When I got to the area, I didn't have it in my bag and they didn't give me one when I flew in. But of course, I had stashed it in the bank already. I hearthed back to Snug Harbor, got it, came back and all was fine. It was consumed on use.
