To complete the quest you have to collect Blasting Powder.
Travel to Pickeman's Ridge, north of quest hub, there is a camp.
Blasting Powder is located within the camp, they are highlighted so easy to spot.

1. The Road to Corlain	Marshal Everit Reade - You need to travel to Watchman's Rise in Drustvar is on north.	Marshal Everit Reade
2. The First Watch	Marshal Everit Reade - You will raid tower :D go on top of it and kill Sister Adela.	Marshal Everit Reade
3. A Weather Eye	Marshal Everit Reade - Go speak with Inquisitor Notley He is on back of tower outside you will get from him Falconer's Whistle. Then Press on Winston to start scouting 3 places. Don't fly to low you can be killd.	Marshal Everit Reade
4. A Steady Ballast	Marshal Everit Reade - You need to find Angus Ballaster He is at the Corlain Armor in basement. After you will speak with him you will be attack by 3 mobs ( don't come outside basement until fight will finish ).	Marshal Everit Reade

Collect 5 Blasting Powder from Pikeman's Ridge and bring them to Inquisitor Sterntide outside the gate into Upper Corlain.

Description

Oy, <name>! I think I might have a solution te that pesky barrier keepin ye out of Corlain proper! I took the silver we had left 'ere an' doctored up one o' these cannonballs. The walls surroundin' Corlain are festooned with defensive cannons. Get one pointed at the gate, ye can send this beauty right into the barrier! Ye'll need a hefty pinch of powder te get this thing movin', though - it's a bit on the heavy side. Ye can likely find some in the camp outside the walls.
