Scamps With Scrolls is one of Zuldazar world quests and you can start it at Port of Zuldazar subzone at 57.97 60.67 when it is active.
You will see Scheming Street Scamp raptors or brutosaurs.
You need to click on them and dispell the curse.
But they cast a spell from time to time to interrupt your cast.

If you're Alliance wondering how to get into what is basically a horde city to do this, you can use The Steamway (entrance at 61.92 62.86) as a backdoor. The Tortollas are faction neutral and you won't run into any guards. There's a few Horde NPC's but they didn't aggro on me even at fairly close range.

Your mileage will most likely vary if you have War Mode turned on.

They're dinosaurs (big and small). Found most on the bottom level (sea level), but can also be on the level above - they show up as yellow dots on the mini map, and if you can't see any just wait a few mins for them to respawn.

Don't even attempt this quest at a peak hour. The tags are individual, so the scamps despawn as soon as someone else completes the cast. This simple quest took me over 20 minutes to complete, even attempting to camp a spawn point.

Edit: Or be smarter than I am and join 4 other folks to make it easier.

Pro tip:
What you're looking for are dinosaurs like the brutosaur or raptors.

When you find one of 'em, just camp the spawn spot. They respawn 30 seconds or so. Really quick and easier than running all over.

Does anybody else find it a bit weird that this is an alliance world-quest?

You're running around the horde capital dispelling disguises off children. Part of me thinks this is meant to be a Horde world quest, not Alliance.

sooo...don't be dumb like me. there is no scroll item in your inventory to use. You can simply click the dinosaurs to begin the dispelling scroll cast.

I know I know. It's obvious and I was dumb.

Hi all

On This WQ You need to travel to south Dazar'alor. You need to dispell 5 Scheming Street Scamp. How to do it ? Just press on dinosaurs thay can push you back but after 1-3 try you will get them.]

Quest is located in the dead center of the Horde capitol city on Zandalar. Don't bother trying if you're Alliance with War Mode on. This quest is solely meant for Horde players, or Alliance players without War Mode.

A Tortollan is talking and giving you the quest, why isn't this Tortollan rep instead of Zandalari? And you'd think it would be under the Tortallan Emissary category, but instead it's Zandalari.

I'm guessing this is a bug.

went into the horde city as alliance to do this world quest, and nothing attacked me. didn't stick around afterwards to find out how long before they attack you. Hope this helps some one. Tried forever to find out how to do this, and only one REPLY to a comment said anything about this. Prayed it wasn't a troll, and ran in. Just wanted to let all the alliance players know :)

unsure since patch 7.3 but since 8.0 you will get flagged and attacked as alliance

Easy button for Alliance:

1. Make your way to Mistvine Ledge FP.
2. Mount Up.
3. Apply Coarse Leather Barding to keep from getting dismounted.
4. Run down the Pinkamid steps to the Grand Bazaar level (same level with the Sky Queen lurking atop her pillar).
5. Stay near this central area while you wait for the dinos to spawn and you won't get flagged (You WILL get aggroed along the way, but that's what the barding is for, keep going as you'll lose the agro by the time you reach the Grand Bazaar).
6. IF you're not seeing the dispellable dinos (or not seeing them on your minimap) withing the quest range log out then back in, this worked for me on two toons).
7. Wait for the end of the spell if they're casting stomp, then start your cast.
8. Port/whistle out before the flag timer expires at the end of the quest.

Note that all of the mobs that will flag you are on the lower (port) level, so don't go all the way down, and don't go to the edge of the highlighted quest range as there are pats of three guard mobs, one of which will flag you if it aggros.

This quest, in my opinion, is ridiculous. There should NEVER be a situation where a player who NEVER wants to engage in PvP should accidentally be flagged to opposing players. They can get attacked by uber elite guards if they aggro them, but it should be IMPOSSIBLE to be flagged for PvP unless said player intentionally flags themselves as Warmode in their faction's city. I've tried to do this WQ and unintentionally aggro a PvP NPC target all while still inside the range of the world quest. Frustrating. Then, you get corpse camped by 20 horde players who get off on that sort thing. This is a method of forcing players who don't want to engage in PvP to be fodder for Blizzard's PvP subscribers. I played on a PvP server for 3 years. I just don't enjoy it. I'm not very good at it. I don't practice PvP strategy. I just want to do my PvE world quest and go about my day. Those who want to Warmode, more power to you.

TLDR: It should be IMPOSSIBLE to be flagged for PvP unless a player intentionally flags themselves as Warmode.

been recently having an issue getting the scamps to phase in, especially if flying in from the north or from hearthing in from the two nearby inns. i have to go to where the warfront portals are, and then walk up the big stairway to guarantee the scamps appear for my horde characters. not sure if phasing is affecting alliance players, none of my alliance characters have done this quest since i earned pathfinder two years ago
