Funny quest. Bombing the pirates doest mean drop explosive thing onto their head.
This time you drop huge parrot's...well, you'll see it. There arent 100 mobs over the Freehold.
But debuff timer expires very fast, so you just need to fly few circles above the town.
Yeah...disgusting quest...giant parrot makes giant poo.

Phasing in this quest is as bugged as it can get. If you suddenly 1. don't see any "targets" 2. get "out of range" on target locations that are definitely not out of range: press the "dismount" button on the "vehicle" control panel and restart the bombing run. You will retain any progress you made of course.

Hi All

After accept quest from Rodrigo you will be able to use Riding Macaw is on top platform. You need to drop Vile Bombardment on 100 pirates in Freehold. Thay are not mark.

You can get the achievement "Bless the rains down in Freehold" while doing this quest, as well as when it comes up as a world quest at 120.

Sweete's Feast is on the balcony walkway by the Ring of Booty Arena.

The Cart of Cutlasses is west from the feast along the road that runs into the Ring of Booty.

The Banana Hoard is on the balcony of the tavern you question Nub Nub in to the south of the Cart.

The Blacktooth Brew is a stew pot in the lower section to the north along the cliff edge by a lean to structure.

Ride the Macaw near Rodrigo and bomb 100 pirates in Freehold.

You can also get Bless the Rains Down in Freehold achievement if you bomb 4 items below while doing this quest.

A WORD OF ADVICE: You will be given an Irontide pirate disguise (extra action button) for the Dress to Impress, which allows you to do that one and several others, as you will be neutral to Freehold citizens. DO NOT DO Fairwind's "Friends" until you've done (and turned in) everything else in Freehold. When that quest is complete, you will lose your disguise! It makes it very hard to do the other quests or even just to turn them in, because you'll have to kill everything in your path!

Quests in the main Freehold line: The Keys to Success in Freehold, Raise a Glass!, Rodrigo's Roost, The Big Job and Fairwind's "Friends".

Freehold side quests: Recruiting Efforts, Flew the Coop, Rodrigo's Revenge, Missing Treasure!, Loaded for Bear, The Beatings Will Continue, and Rig Robbing.

If, like me, you get stuck in the air after splatting on your 100 pirates with no dismount button, you should have the Riding Macaw as your target. Right click on the macaw's picture and dismiss to dismount.

This quest is horrible. The only pirates you can target are the ones in the courtyard, the area where the three bosses in the Freehold dungeon is. All the other pirates are "out of range" when you try to bomb them. 100 is a high number considering this fact.

In addition, there is no dismount button after you complete the quest. Bad quest design.

AND, you lose the extra button for the Iron Tide disguise after you complete this quest.

If you came here looking for how to start the quest to unlock the pet I had to do the Tiragarde zone chain from the mission table in Boralus. It takes you and Flynn through a few Ashvane quests, then to Bridgeport, then to the siren area in the south. After that you can start the Freehold quest chain which includes this quest.

When some of the people that were "poop bombed" said "Not again!" they reminded me of the movie "Spaceballs", which is a parody to all kinds of star trek/star wars movies. In "Alien" we see John Hurt in a diner, having stomach aches and then some alien thing coming out of his stomach. In "Spaceballs" we see the same situation in what looks like the same diner and when seeing the alien come out of his stomach, he moans "Oh no! Not again!"
