~~Note that for Turalyon to offer this quest, you must have completed Shadowguard Dispersion and the Vindicaar must be in Antoran Wastes.~~

Edit: This was changed in a recent hotfix. The quests can be picked up and turned regardless of the Vindicaar's current position.

It also unlocks the ability to acquire the new epic follower items added in 7.3.

These can come from Class hall missions, Coffer of Argus Equipment and any class hall abilities to acquire follower items; be that through random procs from missions, or work orders etc

I'm unsure if these include legendary items, but the drop rate of the epic items seems to be MUCH higher than the rate of the legion release epic follower items. After 24 hours I have 3 of the new epic items, 1 directly from a mission, 2 from the coffers. (50% spell, 50% hazards and 50% on missions under 8 hours)

If you are confused about where to turn this quest in at, The Vindicaar must be docked at the Antoran Wastes. Then you can find High Exarch Turalyon with that familiar big yellow question mark above his head.

The Army of the Light is coordinating an attack against the Spirit Crucible, Terminus, and Shaper's Rise to cripple the Legion's ability to wage war outside of the Antoran Wastes. We do not have enough soldiers to defend our footholds and execute this operation. Will you approach the <class>s on our behalf? This gambit could succeed with them fighting by our side. We can paralyze the Legion war machine.
