To kill Parasitic Mindstealer you have to force it to leave its carrier first.
So, target a Possessed Dockworker and beat him / her until the parasite left.
All quest npcs located just southwest, travel over ships next to pier to reach the spot.

If you have decent gear, you will have to be careful doing this quest.
I kept running into the problem of almost killing the civilian before the parasite jumps off.
They seem to pop off when the carrier reaches about 50% health.
What worked for me is doing one weak ability and auto attacking until it jumped off.

3. Sharks in the Water	Brother Therold - You need to kill 6 Invading Dreadmaw i had problem with this xD a lot of ppl was doing this quest in same time :D.	Brother Therold

This quest appears to be a little bit buggy at the moment.

Ranged classes, you may find that hitting Possessed Dockworker at max range will cause the Parasitic Mindstealer that emerge to disappear/phase out as the Dockworker escapes.

To alleviate this, as you're about to kill the Dockworkers, come in to about 15-10 yards of the mob as it dies, and the little blighters won't phase out.
