Once you've completed Breaching the Tomb by handing in the final quest, this quest will be available nearby at Deliverance Point on the Broken Shore.

You've finally passed all the barriers in your path. Time to earn your Archdruid's Lunarwing Form!

I can confirm you don't need to be exalted with Armies of Legionfall to begin and end this quest chain, although you need to be able to fly in Broken Isles to get to the last quest location.

Quest line for the class mount starts at Grovewarden Proudhorn on Broken Shore after completing Breaching the Tomb with a Druid.

Talon's Call - use Dreamwalk and visit your order hall
Defense of Aviana - leave your order hall and use the eastern portal to Hyjal, flight path Shrine of Aviana). Talk to Skylord Shadegrove and kill demons to fill the bar. After that, enter the building and use your Dreamwalk again.
There is a small path beyond the moonwell in the northwest of the map. Find Thisalee Crow.
You Can't Take the Sky from Me - fly to Azsuna (Challian's Terrace or Azurewing Repose) and the marked quest area. You'll get phased into a scenario.
- find Thisalee Crow
- use Cat Form, Prowl and go to /way 43.07 22.98
- kill the attacking enemies to fill the bar
- run up the hill (43.0 24.0) and let the Lunarwing Owl transport you to the ship
- kill demons and Infazzar the Shade. You can use Thornstalk Barbs on him
- return to your order hall

Archdruid's Lunarwing Form will be added to your spell book automatically after turning in the quest, it replaces your Travel Form.
This class mount changes your flight form's appearance. Its color depends on your race:

Night elf : black
Tauren: brown
Troll: red
Worgen: white

If you don't like it, you can turn it off (and on again) at Skycaller Faeb in your order hall:

In order to get this quest with your alt:
1. You need to work on your Druid and Artifact Campaing in your class hall. They are long chain of quests that you just need to follow and complete, some of them will be quick others will take days. You will need work in your followers, they will come naturaly with this process and as you do your class hall missions, be patient.
2. You need to complete Breaching the Tomb, to do that you will need unlock Broken Shore quests, click the achievment and check the comments in how to do that, it's pretty simple. Then, you will again follow a serie of quests given from NPCs like Archmage Khadgar, Prophet Velen, Maive Shadowsong and Illidan Stormrage, after a while they all will be there in Broken Shore base around 44, 63. Some of those quests will be up the next day after you complete one, others you will need to wait more time, just follow the sequence. Some of them will be completed quick, just killing some mobs around but others you will not be so lucky. That happend to me when needed to kill 3 rares in Broken Shore and I already killed them without know I was going to need them, in that case you will need to wait several hours or for the next day. Again, be patience.
IMPORTANT!: You DO NOT need complete Pillars of Creation from Khadgar or The Deceiver's Downfall from Velen for this achievment
2. You DON'T need to be Revered with Armies of Legionfall, althought that will come naturaly with the whole process.
3. Read the comments about the quests you need, the tips will help you to finish faster every quest and the best location to complete them, also that will help you to prevent kill things that you will need for them.
4. Doing all that, that quests will be up sooner or later for you!

Remember, when you do things with your alternate character, not always follow the correct order of a sequence of events, sometimes you just missed one step here or there, just be patience and don't give up.

If you do this quest when you have Thisalee Crow as your bodyguard, you're fighting with two Thisalee's along your side while doing this quest haha, kinda funny.

Decide to complete this at 120. When I first came here I just glanced at the screenshot of Thisalee Crow and thought that was who gave out this quest. But it is not, it is Grovewarden Proudhorn. So I have submitted a screenshot of him to make it less confusing.

Can confirm that you don't need flying or Exalted with Champions of Legionfall. 19770/21000 with them at completion.

Do you guys know if this quest i avaible at Shadowlands Prepatch? I'm trying to do it. I have all the requeriments, but Grovewarden Proudhorn doesn't give me the quest.

FINALLY just finished this quest chain and Breaching the Tomb a week before SL launch (after being gone from WoW for 3 years). It basically is a mountain of suckfest--there's so many quest chains everywhere, it's nearly impossible to figure out which thing you're supposed to do next. The only thing that saved me was this website. It's A LOT of work between this, looking up everything on Wowhead (the comments--thanks, folks!). GAAAAHHHH. Going to fly around and enjoy my new owl now......

Grovewarden Proudhorn Is in that same area on Brokenshore when you complete Breaching the Tomb. He begins the quest chain for your Class mount. Don't not immediately Dreamwalk back like I did and waste a ton of your time.

This is for anyone who is completing the quest in Shadowlands 9.1 and wondering why you are still in StormCrow form and why Skycaller Faeb isn't giving you any option, Please visit a Barber in any city and change your form to LunarWing from there.

I still had "Strike them Down" and "Championing Our Cause" for the Breaching the Tomb achievement left to do on my druid alt, but the "Talon's Call" quest popped for me today so I went and did it real quick. Didn't take long being level 60 in 9.1.5. However, upon completing the quest, it still didn't grant me Lunarwing form. Is it because I haven't completed the achievement? It was my understanding that the quest wouldn't even pop up if that was the case.

EDIT: Apparently, you now have to visit a barber to change over to the Lunarwing form. You can't do it in the grove. Clicking on your travel form after completing the quest doesn't automatically put you in Lunarwing either like you are lead to believe.

If your Broken Shore is empty and you don't see the questgiver, make sure you've completed "Assault on Broken Shore" from Khadgar and the quests should show up. You might need to talk to Maiev and complete Champions of Legionfall at your order hall, and your specific final class quest chain to get the final champion, before your class-specific questgiver will show up at the Broken Shore for your class mount quest.

I made a druid in shadowlands and wanted to get this flight form so I went back to legion and did this. The documentation for this is scattered so it's difficult to find all of the information you need. So for the sake of others who might be doing it, I'm going to document as much as I can based on what all I can remember.

You have to unlock the broken shore, which involves completing the Assault on Broken Shore quest.

You have to do your class order hall quests, from Rise, Champions upto and including A Hero's Weapon

After you finish A Hero's Weapon, go back to the broken shore and get Champions of Legionfall. Once you get that you can unlock Talon Terror, and you need to complete it up to and including Champion: Thisalee Crow.

After these are complete, you don't even have to turn in Champions of Legionfall, but you need to return to broken shore and you will receive this quest.

As of 9.1.5, to acquire your Lunarwing form..:

1. Have at least 1 character that has completed the campaign achievement “Breaching the Tomb”. <-- as of 9.1.5 The requirement to have this completed on each character has been removed.
2. Complete your Druid Class Orderhall Questline (chores). <-- this should take about 2 days to complete.
3. Get the quest from Khadgar on the Broken Shore “Champions of Legionfall” and Thisalee Crow should be waiting for you in your Orderhall with a Quest chain which upon completion you recruit her as a follower.
4. Upon Completion of all of the above, The questchain (starting with “Talon’s Call”) to get your Lunarwing form should finally be waiting for you on the Broken Shore.
5. Visit a barbershop to apply (or remove) the Lunarwing flight form.

I boosted an Alliance Druid in Shadowlands season 4 with the boost from Dragonflight purchase.
I had previously completed Breeching the Tomb on my Horde Main.
All I had to do was complete the Assault on Broken Shore Quest and the Druid Campaign in it's entirety.
You have to unlock the broken shore, which involves completing the Assault on Broken Shore quest.

Go to the Dreamgrove and start "Rise, Champions" to start the Druid Campaign and the entire campaign finishes with "A Hero's Weapon"

When you complete "A Hero's Weapon" head to Broken Shore to pick up "Champions of Legionfall". Once you Have that in your log, go back to the Dreamgrove to grab "Talon Terror".
This will have you traveling around to do a short questline. (When it tells you to go to Moonglade, go to the Dreamway because there is a portal to Moonglade from the Dreamway just like Hyjal and everything else but you won't be able to see it on the map because of the Emissary bar. Just walk in the southern direction and you will see the portal).
After you finish the questline and obtain the Champion: Thisalee Crow, Head back to the Broken Shore and you can then pick up Talon's Call from Grovewarden Proudhorn.
Congratulations, you are now on the proper quest to finally obtain your class mount!

I just completed the quest and received the new Druid form during the Dragonflight Pre-Patch (10.0.2). The initial quest, "Legion's Call" popped after I completed the "Champion of Legionfall" Quest, so you no longer need to complete the entire Legionfall questline.
