Once you've completed Breaching the Tomb by handing in the final quest, this quest will be available nearby at Deliverance Point on the Broken Shore.

You've finally passed all the barriers in your path. Time to earn your Shadowblade's Murderous Omen!

The start point for this quest is Apothecary Keever, standing right by the flight master in Deliverance Point. It will not show up on your world map, only the minimap.

Quest line for the class mount Shadowblade's Murderous Omen starts at Apothecary Keever on Broken Shore after completing Breaching the Tomb with a Rogue.

Dread Infiltrators - go to your order hall
Hiding In Plain Sight - watch the dialogue and travel to:
(avoid dying, the next graveyards are far away)

- Exodar: (teleport to Orgrimmar and Hyjal, then fly to /way Darkshore 38 32, pass the sea, take the ship at /way Teldrassil 52.4 89.4 to Azuremyst Isle (West) and enter the tunnel at /way Azuremyst Isle 24.53 49.77. Find the Star, use Distract on the Crystalforged Demolisher (strong elite, dies with Ardaan - according to a comment his death may not be guaranteed, so keep your Vanish ready) and kill Ardaan the Solemn.

- Darnassus: leave Exodar through the tunnel (/way 35.45 75.0 Upstairs) and take the ship back to Teldrassil. /way Teldrassil 55.10 88.59 Portal. Find Taylenne Sweetsong (be careful, lots of mobs). Cry For Help is interruptible. Use CDs like Cloak of Shadows.

- Ironforge: teleport to Orgrimmar and Twilight Highlands. Fly to /way Dun Morogh:Eastern 60 33, enter Ironforge and find Corin Twinbellows. ~~Because of Heavy Armor, you should spec Assassination or Subtlety and/or trinkets with spell damage procs.~~ You can use Pick Pocket on Corwin Twinbellows to destroy his damage reduction. Cry For Help is interruptible.

- Stormwind:
Way 1: go to /way Ironforge 74.90 51.1 and use the Deeprun Tram to Stormwind. Find Auctioneer Jaxon within the auction house.
Way 2: go to Orgrimmar and use the portal to the Blasted Lands. Fly to /way Stormwind 61.8 73.0 Stormwind Auction House
- return to your order hall

Shadowblade's Murderous Omen will be added to your mount collection automatically after turning in the quest.

Other color schemes are obtainable by full skilled artifact weapons (Power Ascended):

Assassination: Mephitic Reins of Dark Portent
Outlaw: Bloody Reins of Dark Portent
Subtlety: Midnight Black Reins of Dark Portent

They are purchasable from Zan Shivsproket for 1000 Order Resources each.

As of Today 6/2/2020 (Patch 8.3), the instructions by (https://www.wowhead.com/user=Bursi) work flawlessly.

The only things I would add is:

1. Taking a small detour when heading to /way Darkshore 38 32, and talking to Zidormi. You need to be in pre-8.2 Darkshore in order to gain access to the islands.

2. When you are doing the Ironforge dude, you have to pick pocket him AND use the item you pick pocket on him before attacking. He changes animations from his armor to naked.

The rest is easy peasy. I am on a high pop server, and I went into the SW AH with no problem. Most people are too busy or AFK to notice. The last target is 120, but she has 22K health, you can easily one-shot her with ambush, sprint out Cloak+Vanish and you are good to go. Even though most guards are upgraded to 120, you can easily sap your way through undetected. I am a maniac and did this with WarMode ON, and did not have any trouble.

For anyone wondering, as of 9.1.5 you have to complete up to Champions of Legionfall in the Legionfall campaign to get the quest to show up. I think you just have to recruit Lilian Voss, as before I handed in the quest titled 'Champions of Legionfall' it was already there.

If your Broken Shore is empty and you don't see the questgiver, make sure you've completed "Assault on Broken Shore" from Khadgar and the quests should show up. You might need to talk to Maiev and complete Champions of Legionfall at your order hall, and your specific final class quest chain to get the final champion, before your class-specific questgiver will show up at the Broken Shore for your class mount quest.

If you can't pick up this quest from Apothecary Keever in the Broken Isles (behind the cauldron, which is behind the Khadgar gang at the main hub), go back to the Class Hall and talk to Nikki the Gossip at the Scouting Map. She may have Further Advancement waiting for you, which prevented me from picking up this quest (I also had only researched up to the third tier of the Class Hall upgrades, just choosing the fourth tier was enough to unlock this quest -- and as of 10.0.5, it appears on both the world and minimaps.

Also make sure you have completed and turned in A Hero's Weapon from Lord Jorach Ravenholdt, that will also prevent this quest from appearing.

Credit to all the other posters (notably Bursi, FrankieCM and others), but a few updated notes if you are doing this as Horde as of 10.0.5:

Exodar
In the current (DF) timeline, Teldrassil has been destroyed and Darkshore is an outdated event. The Bronze Dragon Zidormi is now at 48.86, 24.39 (beside the path to the last stage to the old event) and she needs to be visited to move the Darkshore timeline "before the battle" to be able to access the docks/portals to Exodar/Darnassus.

Within the Exodus there are guards at all choke points you need to pass. Just like The Imposter from the Rogue Class Hall Campaign, note all guards in all capital cities can see you stealthed, even when not marked with an 'eyeball'. They also ignore your Evasion, but if you are specced / switch to Subtlety, you will have two charges of Vanish. Go into the tunnel to Exodar closest to the portal, where there are less mobs at the immediate end. The mark can pat most of Western Exodar, but for me he never left the bottom right of the Trade District. You'll want to Distract or Blind his Crystalforged Demolisher.

Darnassus
Much easier, if you jump in the water in Teldrassil and avoid the guards by looping in behind the Darnassus entrance portal. Once inside you will need to immediately Vanish, but then from a safe spot you can just fly to the mark north of the path leading out of the city in the Warrior's Terrace. You can hit the mark in the midst of the partiers (they are level 45) and Vanish, there were no guards nearby.

Ironforge
You can fly in the front door without agging the guards (when did the "secret" Ironforge Airport become accessible from the ground?) Stay up high and fly through the tunnels in the tops of the walls (similar to the ones in old Undercity, but watch for flying pats, you can easily get to the mark undetected). There are guards at the door to the mark in the Great Forge, Sprint/Vanish as normal but run to the left where there is a tunnel headed downward with no mobs. You will need to Pick Pocket the mark. After he's dead, it was possible to fly to the Hall of Explorers (one flying pat going counterclockwise) and the Deeprun Tram and Sprint/Vanish passed only one set of guards to get to Stormwind. No guards in the Tram.

Stormwind
This one is tougher as it requires you to kill the mark in the main SW Auction House. There are a lot of mobs/guards that pat the area of the SW Deeprun Tram tunnel, and some non-guard NPCs that can see you as if they were. It is possible to fly direct to the AH, but don't agg the riflemen on the rooves. Watch out for one pat that flies low and sweeps the rooves around the AH, it will agg you afk (and its a long walk back from Eastern Elwynn Forest...) If you die, try to die in sight of the AH entrance so you can watch for it to clear -- when dead, PvP flagged Alliance can still be seen. Alternatively switch to an Alliance alt and camp it from inside until ideal, as one poster said, perhaps late night. Good Luck and enjoy the mounts!

If you are not maxed level geared and with a group it is barley worth excessive amount of gold. Even at 60 you're seen from like 5 miles away by every guard. So frustrating
Also you HAVE to pickpocket the Iron Forge guy and use the key in order to kill him
