To be able to pick up the quest you have to finish previous parts of Breaching the Tomb.
Chain starts from Devastating Effects quest that can be picked up from Shandris Feathermoon in Trueshot Lodge.
You have to travel to Suramar and find D'bynn at 52 48 point.

I did not have the quest available yesterday 4/10 and after receiving quest today 4/11 I received the quest at Trueshot lodge after receiving Champions of Legionfall. Heading out to Suramar now. WIll updated as necessary on BoxofBeers post.

It seemed like this (the chain to obtain your follower) opened up for me after finishing the Heroic dungeon Cathedral of Eternal Night and/or completing the
!Altar of the Aegis 'introductory' quest.

For all those stuck at champion of the legionfall with no quest to go further, make sure you completed your class order hall campaign, that is what unlocked it for me.

Quest isn't showing at all for me from Sandris. I even have the quest in my log called Champions of Legionfall, completed all the steps in my achievement list prior, and still nothing at the Trueshot lodge. Time to put in a ticket, sigh.

I could not figure out why this quest was not available to me. I finished my order hall campaign, but this one wasn't there. I had to go to the Broken Shore and accept the Champions of Legionfall from Maiev Shadowsong. Once I accepted it, I could see on the map that this one was available back at Trueshot Lodge. Anything but obvious.

These might be the reasons the quest doesn't pop up:

1.) You don't have all 3 artifacts
2.) You didn't complete all the requirements prior to Champions of Legionfall
3.)You didn't finish your order hall campaign then take the quest to unlock the new appearance from doing so.

If you did all three of these things, the quest DOESN'T show up in your order hall. You need to go to the Broken Shore, and Maiev Shadowsong should have a quest called "Champions of Legionfall". This will lead you to "Recruit a new champion" and go through the questline. THAT'S when you can go back and see that Shandris Feathermoon has a quest.

If she doesn't have it, then you need to find out what you're doing wrong or reply to this and ask for help. Happy Class Hall mount hunting!

Champions of Legionfall (from Maiev at Broken Shores) won't appear until you get the new appearance for your artifact that's a reward for completing your order hall campaign.

I've completed all of the prerequisites and after receiving the quest Champions of Legionfall when i go back to trushot lodge shandris has nothing for me. Anybody got any ideas?

To further update, after you complete A Hero's Weapon, you need to go to the Broken Shore hub with Illidan, Velen, etc, and get the quest Champions of Legionfall. Then, go back to your hunter's lodge and you can pick up the quest Devastating Effects.

Description

The Burning Legion will not rest until they have destroyed everything and everyone. Their presence here has had a devastating effect on our lands, and now it seems our wildlife as well. I have heard numerous reports of sickly animals in the thicket that surrounds the demon-infested city of Suramar. Make your way there and see if the rumors are true.
