This quest is not part of any storyline, more like a direction for a player that he needs to get more reputation to get next storyline.

I msut say I was disappointed to this quest. I was hoping to get couple more quests revealing more story, but what I got? Reach Exalted quest :(

I highly recommend not turning this quest in until your artifact research is at max. The reward scales and there is no reason to turn this and the follow up in besides the AP.

I have completed the Suramar storyline in order, and reached the point of this quest. Along the way I have stopped in to feed ancient mana to all 3 NPC's on a regular basis, even when grinding other zones and raiding. So now I am at this quest, but still have only 8,250/12,000. Am I supposed to farm 75x3 rep every other day for the next 3,750?

Putting this 3rd on the list of poor gaming design ideas. Is simple mathematics really all that difficult? OR I can skip this and do whatever I can find elsewhere in Suramar (I mean, it's not like disconnected quests and storylines are a thing in Suramar. Oh wait...) But I thought they wanted you to experience the story and lore. Heres an idea: Cohesiveness.

To summarize and hopefully make a green post:

subzero7 on 2017/09/18 (Patch 7.3.0)

I finally found him. At some point, when taking a quest from him, he took off through one of the portals. Go to Meredil, go in the cave to the portals and take Portal to Falanar. After I ported, he was standing there with a question mark over his head. Then I was finally able to move on. After you finish a couple of quests in there, he will then go back to Meredil. I hope this helps if you haven't found him yet.
