Just one of the ways to slow down your campaign a bit. No need to rush the quests really, just wait for your emissary quests each day and knock those out.

I've done all the previous quests for the Paladin campaign, no quest givers for this quest though.

Unfortunately this quest will not count any world quests completed already......prior to picking this up

As of patch 7.1, they reduced the required world quests from 30 to 20.

As of patch 7.2, this quest now only requires completing 10 World Quests, even though the quest objective still says 20.

My math must be way off. The quest log says 10 world quests, the quest info says 20 quests, I just did 8 quests and it says I only did 3. WTF?

I could only get this to appear by accepting both Aponi and Delas as champions.

If like me you are doing this in BFA.

World quests in BFA zones DO count towards this. no need to do legion ones

Shadowlands world quests (WQs) also count! Not just BFA world quests. :3

That said, as of 9.0, Shadowlands WQs are more dangerous and take far longer. Unless there is a meaningful reward like a gear upgrade (instead of currencies expected to steeply depreciate in the future like Reservoir Anima), it would be far faster for Level 60's to complete WQs in the old expansions for this Class Hall Campaign quest.
