Trying to complete this quest on the Beta, and the extra action button is not appearing. I've reported this bug on the beta forums here: http://us.battle.net/forums/en/wow/topic/20747905088.

There's a small glowing circle on the floor that you need to stand in. When you walk into it an extra action button will appear that you click. Don't go clicking the forge like I did and wonder why nothing was happening.

The circle shows in the middle of the room but just outside the circle was some glowy thing that I had to stand in and then the extra action bar finally showed up.

If you want to complete this quest and don't have your Artifact weapon equipped in your bag, it will give you an error. A quick work around is to transmog your weapon to the appropriate artifact weapon. It will then let you complete the quest.

i now know why you cant delete the artifact weapon from legion.. if you pass doing the quests.. leveling and moving on.. and delete the weapon.. you can never go back to do for the order hall and be stuck

After I completed this quest (during BfA), Meryl Felstorm was nowhere to be found. I couldn't turn it in!

EDIT: After abandoning the quest, retaking it, and re-completing the quest, Meryl was now where he was supposed to be and I could turn it in.
