once you have spoken to her wait a bit then a banner will appear on the pillar to the left of her click that to compleat the quest

For those that were waiting for her to appear in your follower GUI (like me), Archmage Omniara is a water elemental recruiter standing about 100 yards to the left of the mission panel.

You must buy at least one water elemental, wait one hour, then click on the flag/banner to her left to spawn the water elemental, which will then move to the Dalaran portal and exit. The quest will then be available to complete.

Another poorly thought out quest, no reason folks have to come hear to find out how to deal with it. Trying to figure out what to do I ended up with 3 recruits... who dashed off. Now there is a followup up quest for more... so exactly how does this actually help us in any way?

i reqruited 3 water elementals and there are no more to reqruit, and according to other comments and people in game, a banner is supposed to appear on the pillar next to her a little while after you reqruit the elementals, but for me that banner never appeared and i reqruited the elementals about 1 week ago. any ideas or suggestions would be nice

I've uploaded a screenshot of the banner, which did NOT sparkle for me, even with medium-high settings! It's the great big purple/pink banner hanging from the ceiling just in FRONT of and to the left of the quest giver you ordered the elementals from.

If you can't see my screenshot and can't find the banner, jut back up a few steps from the quest giver and you'll see it; it's huge.
