Lulubelle Fizzlebang is the sister of Wilfred Fizzlebang, who was killed by Lord Jaraxxus after Jaraxxus was summoned by him during the Trial of the Crusader raid.

You can summon her as a bodyguard and she will grant you a random buff (20-25% haste/crit/versality/mastery buff or 1 soul shard regeneration per 5 seconds) for 30 seconds. There's a small chance that she will summon an evil demon with 300k+ hp instead of the buff.

This mission becomes available after you complete Lulubelle on Loan.

If you don't see Lulubelle in Dreadscar Rift after turning in Lulubelle on Loan, you can exit Dreadscar Rift to Dalaran, and immediately re-enter. This "re-zoning" worked for me.

If you have tried the suggestions below (re-zoning) and it didn't work, get into your Class Hall and log out of the game. Wait a few, then log back in. That helped me. Rezoning or logging out while in Dalaran and re-entering after didn't work for me.
