The Felsoul Cage Key at this point in the quest is located in the circular room with a cage. It's hanging on a tiny peg on the wall to the side of the stairway going down.

I don't why but when I was doing this quest with a friend he was not able to get the key, leaving the party, reloading, reopening the game didn't word.. Don't know if it's a bug or if it has respawn.

FIrst part of this quests says to "enter the soul vaults"
If you hug the wall while entering (avoiding the mob guards) you might not trigger the completion of entering and you will not be able to continue the quest before triggering.

2 problems I encountered, both solved.

1. I had to exit the building, wait for respawns and enter the building to complete the "enter the soul of vaults".
2. To get the key to spawn I had to click on the empty cage next to Brambley's cage.

If you aren't well geared, start his questline and don't turn in the last step until you are done with everything in Felsoul Hold. He significantly increases your damage when solo questing or farming.

Was doing this quest with a friend. My friend opened the cage with Angus and got credit for the rest of the quest. I did not, and noticed it was broken when I couldn't click the keys on the wall.

I dropped the quest and picked it back up. Everything worked after releasing Angus. Hope this helps other groups.

Quest is broken for me, as well.

I entered right in the middle, as some earlier post recommended. No key. (my quest do not have the "enter the soul vaults" part. It is straight to rescue the dude.)
I abandoned and retried. No key.

I will try again, next time, I hang out around.

Basically just go down and hug the left wall. You will the see the key hangingon the wall in a few seconds.

Search and Rescue!

This quest can be confusing. Most of the information in the other comments is fairly accurate, but there are some DETAILS lacking.

There are 6 actions that must be completed in order. If you accidentally skip one of the steps, the remainder will start getting confusing very quickly.

There are THREE different LEVELS (a.k.a. "floors") involved in this quest. I will flag each step to indicate what LEVEL it occurs on and waypoint the locations.

Quest starts at ground level outdoors where you find and release Angus Stormbrew from the Reinforced Cage. Once you release Angus, you enter The Soul Vaults at the same ground level you are on.

/way Suramar 28.4, 82.6 (1) Ground Lvl - Angus RELEASED
/way Suramar 29.0, 84.7 (2) Ground Lvl - Enter Halls of the Eclipse

As indicated in other comments here, you do a lot of following the LEFT wall to the next required action, HOWEVER, as you near the location of Brambley's Cage, you need to veer off to your RIGHT in a large chamber. Also note that you are now on the MID level.

/way Suramar 27.2, 86.0 (3) MID Lvl - Find Brambley's Cage

After finding that cage, cross back over to the "LEFT Wall" again and proceed down to the BOTTOM level and obtain the Felsoul Cage Key.

/way Suramar 27.5, 88.9 (4) Bottom Lvl - Felsoul Cage Key

You now go back UP one floor to the "MID Level" and release the prisoner Selthaes Starsong.

/way Suramar 27.1, 86.1 (5) MID Lvl - RELEASE Prisoner
/way Suramar 27.1, 86.1 (6) MID Lvl - Turn In Quest to Selthaes.

After turning in this quest, you will be able to obtain Into The Pit! from Angus Stormbrew at your current location.

NOTE: while I have referrred to a "bottom" level herein, that is for the purposes of this quest ONLY. The Soul Vaults actually descend further past the point you got the key.

Description

We've got to find Brambley before it's too late!

Ol' Brambley an' I have been fightin' side by side since the Third War. When the Burnin' Legion invaded, we didn't think twice about coming to the Broken Isles.

Fightin' is what we do best!

During the battle ol' Brambley got caught too deep an' got himself captured. Now we've got to rescue him!

Last I saw, the demons were keeping him in a prison cell not far from here... let's go!
