Could not pick up this quest, but I already returned the An Offering of Ammo quest, so maybe that was wrong.

Was unable to puck up this quest. I am 110 and just doing this zone. Not sure if level has anything to do with that.

The prerequisites for this quest to appear are currently:

Critter Scatter Shot - completed check: /dump IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(39670)
Wolf Pack Attack - completed check: /dump IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(39656)

Once you have completed these two quests, Rating Razik becomes available. Notes:

To see if you have already done this quest (true means yes, false means no): /dump IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(39417)
There is a lead-up quest, Procuring a Prototype, but it is not required for Rating Razik to appear.
There are also quests by Lorna Stoutfoot, but they are not required for Rating Razik to be available.
You may get to Nessingwary's Retreat by traveling from Razik Gazbolt, go into Thunder Totem, then leave a north-west bridge and path towards 41.78, 52.81 - which is just across from a beaver's damn construction.

Seems like this quest is unavailable if you have already done everything at Hemet's camp on the west side of the zone.

Unable to pick up this quest. I followed idrainu's tips (thank you) to check if I had done the pre-reqs and the lead-up (had completed both). Level 110, in case it matters.

This quest, along with An Offering of Ammo, is a breadcrumb quest for Hemet Nesingwary's *western* Highmountain quests. If you have accepted either Note-Eating Goats or Amateur Hour you will not be offered either of these breadcrumbs. Additionally, you will only be offered one of the breadcrumb quests.

Similarly, Procuring a Prototype is a breadcrumb from Hemet's camp to Razik's camp and will only be offered if you have not accepted Critter Scatter Shot.

There is no way to pick up more than one of these breadcrumbs.

An Offering of Ammo requires you to have completed either the Skyhorn (The Skies of Highmountain) or Bloodtotem (Unexpected Allies) questlines.
Rating Razik requires you to have completed Razik's quests Critter Scatter Shot and Wolf Pack Attack.
Procuring a Prototype requires you to have completed the Hemet and Addie quests ending in I'm Not Lion!, Moose on the Loose, and Scout It Out.

Hemet Nesingwary can be found at 40.0 52.2 point in Nesingwary retreat area. Each addon during BC, there's Nesingwary quest hub can be found. Quest chains consist of hunting for mobs quests. So, Nesingwary in Legion can be found in Highmountain.
You may flight from Stonehoof watch to The Thundet Totem.

Dudes, don't theorize too much on this champion. I did too confused and frightened by the comments here on how you can lose the breadcrumb quests and never get this champion. Do you really believe that Blizzard will make this so unfriendly? I even raised a ticket to ask the GMs who and first time they gave me this link (lol) and the next guy told me - "just go on and do your quest". I said "f$@# it" and did the Nessingwary quests for 15 minutes and boom - 2 followers. Hemet and Addie.

Was able to pick up all the quests needed with party sync today! Hurray!
And when i didn't have all the other breadcrumb quests available, i left party and re party synced, worked fine
