This is part of a short, three-mission chain for inscription professionals that begins with the Mysterious Satchel (a random drop for players who have chosen inscription as one of their professions).

Clicking on the satchel begins the first part, A Mysterious Satchel, and turning that quest in to Sha'la advances the short quest line.

In the second part, Sha'la requires you to gather 5 Toxic Umbrafen Herbs from the Moonglow Sporebats and/or Umbraspore Giants that inhabit Umbrafen. The drop rate is NOT 100%, so one may need to slaughter more than five 'bats and/or giants.... my experience was about a 50-50 chance for a drop (wowhead's numbers are skewed, as it's an inscription profession-only thing).

The final quest requires one to go into the small building near Sha'la and talk to Ardule D'na to complete the quest and receive Scribe's Quarters, Level 1 and Draenor Inscription. I had already known them both, so I ended up deleting the Draenor Inscription and selling the Scribe's Quarters, Level 1 to a vendor for 150 gold.
