The small tunnel leading to the Chamber of K'ure is right behind Gordawg in the cave named Underpale located in the Shadowfall Canyon.

Do NOT make the mistake I did, thinking the other quest Drek'Thar offers (Gordawg's heart) turns in to him (was late and I was in a rush, did not read quest text/objective) and drop this quest to turn in Gordawg's heart. He is stuck permanently channeling, even through server restarts, and unable to pick The Dark Heart of Oshu'gun a second time. This is currently bugged to all hell on the beta. You will not be able to finish Nagrand's questing achievement.

This quest feels bugged on live as on 2014/11/16.

I enter the chamber and get quest credit, but Ku're never transitions to Decimatus and I cannot proceed. I have tried dropping and reacquiring the quest and relogging, both several times, but nothing seems to work.

Edit 2014/11/19: Still broken for me. Ku're still does not transition to Decimatus. My ticket was closed with a non-answer. I am re-opening it.

There is a simple fix for this bug guys! Simply abandon the quest and go finish the other quests then come back and accept and redo it. He stops channeling and your then able to kill the boss.

So I have done every quest line except this one, and I can't find Drek'Thar anywhere to even start this quest chain. Anyone know where to find him? He's not at the Throne of the Elements or anywhere near Oshu'Gun.

Edit: Figured it out, he's at 55, 55 not at the location listed on the map on this page.

If the quest bugs out for you. Simply relog on the spot, when logged in again the mob should have spawned.

No there isn't any opening ahead.

It's really nice of Drek to portal out of the inner sanctum, and leave you stranded there having to fight your way back out of that hole. Heartstone to your garrison, and fly back...easier.

Found a possible reason for the bugging:
Are you unable to get the quest going? Do you have the Time Travel buff from Blasted Lands? Go back to Blasted Lands and have the NPC take you back to the current time. It worked for me and several others, though how the two are even remotely related I'm not sure.

If the mob wont spawn for you, check to see if you have the buff from blasted lands to let you see it pre-iron horde. If you do go back to blasted lands and remove the buff at Zidormi. Quest should now be possible.

Just to help others like me who needed "The Dark Heart of Oshu'gun" and didn't know how to start it, go to co-ordinates 55, 55 in Nagrand. There's the Drek Thar NPC that you want to talk to, he has the starting quest.

This quest was bugged for me as well.

Trying each of these procedures did not solve the problem for me.

Leaving and entering the room.
Abandoning quest, re-accepting quest.
Logging out and back in.
Coming back to the quest hours later, and trying the steps above.

What finally made it work for me was to log out, disable all addons, then log back in. It may be somewhat random, so I can't garauntee it will work for you, but if you're stuck like I was, give it a try.

I tried this after I went to Blasted Lands and turned off the Time Travellers buff. I had to do this to make the quest Hot Seat work correctly. Find the NPC is Zidormi in 48,72 in Blasted lands and talk to her. Ask her to see the Blasted Lands as how it was. Came back to do this quest and now it works.

The way into Oshu'gun begins east of Oshu'gun in Shadowfall Canyon. There are 2 entrances into Shadowfall Canyon. If you enter @ 55,63, you will find a second cave entrance inside Shadowfall Canyon on the left hand wall a short distance in, called the Underpale (marked on the map).

Once inside, follow your minimap, as the terrain is visually confusing.

If you are unable to complete this quest due to a bug, all I did was turn off all my addons and it worked. I'm not sure why but I was happy to see Cho'gall stop channeling and summon the boss finally.

Using a Warmill while questing in Nagrand will get you more bonuses. My staff from this quest is level 633. Using the Warmill while doing quests will get you into heroics faster. The ilvl of upgraded quest items exceed that of those in normal dungeons.

I turned off my addons and went back to Drek at 55, 55 still nothing. I had to go back down in the cave and found Drek again standing in the tunnel midway. Right before you get to the giant rock elemental. Once there with my addons turned off he gave me 2 quests. The Drek outside the cave gave me nothing!

I entered the cave, spoke to Farseer Drek'Thar, killed the rock dude and then walked into the room. Guy turns into Decimatus, I killed him. Drek'Thar then approaches and tells me to follow him. I follow him up to the top where he tells me to meet him in the Throne of Elements and vanishes.

So I exit and travel to the Throne of elements only to find he is not there. I search all over to no avail. So I travel back to the tunnel and there he is, this time with no quest. So I kill the rock dude and enter the room again where the guy turns into Decimatus again. And Drek'Thar appears again to help me. I kill him again, and Drek'Thar again tells me to meet him in Throne of Elements. So I travel there again, and sure enough... NOPE still not there.

What gives?

How do you start this? What is the quest-line to get to this quest? I just noticed that I don't have it complete on my map where it shows you the chapters and I've not seen any quests leading to the Elements Throne since I first did them so I skipped something.... :/

I didn't have an issue with addons or time warp but I did have to go deep into the cave to get the 2 quests, the NPC outside at 55,55 didn't offer them.

Ok so i went into the cave and got the quest but it wasnt for the achievement, instead i had to go do "Spiritual Matters" after speaking with Drek' Thar. But now there arent anymore quest and i dont know where to go.. Someone help please.

There's something lore-wise that kind of bugs me about this quest; for many years, Oshu'gun was considered a sacred place to the orcs in Nagrand, because they had witnessed the spirits of their ancestors gravitate toward it. Velen had tried to explain to the orcs that the reason their ancestors were attracted to Oshu'gun was because of the dying Naaru inside (K'ure); the orcs were deeply offended by the implication that their ancestors were simply drawn toward something "like moths to a flame," and this had started the animosity between the orcs and draenei.

So, even if this is an alternate timeline and things are different from the original lore, I think you'd still expect that the orcs wouldn't be completely chill with the notion that their venerated ancestors were simply drawn toward a dying Naaru-- and yet in this questline, Drek'thar doesn't seem particularly fazed by the fact that inside Oshu'gun there was a dying Naaru, and that you actually see ancestral spirits being drawn toward it... you'd think this would be a pretty big deal considering in the original lore it was enough to start the animosity between the orcs and draenei...

Also, another thing that bugs me is that it's supposed to be extremely rare for a Naaru to become ill like this-- and yet, in the alliance quests in Shadowmoon there's a whole questline about how a second Naaru, K'ara, had presumably become ill as well. Only K'ara had supposedly been ejected from the ship and exploded in the sky, while K'ure remained within Oshu'gun after it crashed. So, it's so common that you'd have two occurrences happening this close together...?

If the 55,55 location doesn't work for you to speak with Drek'Thar and begin this quest, try the Drek'Thar inside the Underpale cave at 46,33.

Hey guys, many don't realise but to start the actual Dark Heart of Oshu'gun Quest for the achievement Nagrandeur you must have completed the entire Throne of the Elements quest chain starting.

Keep in mind the quest titled The Debt We Share is a common sticking point at which the quest objective will not show on the Nagrand map of quest log.

hey, can anyone tell me how to begin this quest? it is the last one I have for nagrandeur and I can't find where it begins. I go on the map where I see the icon but in my game the guys are not there.

Can't believe this quest is still bugging out. Have done all pre-req quests, everything any comment has suggested I have done and checked. I still cannot see him at the Throne of Elements. Tried disabling addons and still nothing. Redo'ing it...nothing. Is there anyone who has had this and managed to fix it? Any help would be appreciated.
