If you normally use quest items from the quest tracker, you may have to put the Goren Gas Extractor on your bar, and use it there. It's what I had to do.

Accept The Quarry Quandary from Foreman Eksos at coords 69.8, 20.8.

1. The Quarry Quandary - (Video) - Travel out of Fort Wrynn through the western exit and then to coords 69.2, 19.3, turn the quest in to Apprentice Miall, accepting In Ared's Memory.

In Ared's Memory - Enter Fort Wrynn, and turn this quest in to Miall, now located inside your Wyrnn Artillery Tower.
• Accept the quests, Out of Jovite, Gas Guzzlers, and Iridium Recovery from her at the same time.

2. Out of Jovite - (Video) - Exit Fort Wrynn, and travel east to the entrance of a cave at coords 75.3, 22.3.
• Loot 12 Jovite Ore, which appear as small green pieces of ore that are located in the walls, inside the cave.

3. Iridium Recovery - (Video) - As you progress through the cave, kill Iridium Geode and loot the Iridium Dust from their corpses. The Iridium Geode appear as flying purple crystals that "patrol" the cave.

4. Gas Guzzlers - (Video) - Defeat Goren in this cave and use your Goren Gas Extractor on them to obtain 6 Goren Gas Samples.
• You can use your Hearthstone to get back to Fort Wrynn more quickly, or travel back on foot.
• Turn in the quests to Miall, at coords 70.1, 20.2, inside your Wyrnn Artillery Tower.

Description

To complete my master's designs and to stock up the artillery tower we need to use an exotic resource, namely goren gut gas.

The nearby mine at Kuuro's Claim just came down with an infestation of the things. Could you collect a few samples for me? The stuff is concentrated, so only a few are needed. Just kill one and give its body a good prod with this gas extractor.
