When I accepted this quest, Thaelin began following me in his suit, but when I accepted the other quest, "Mole Machine Go Home", a second Thaelin appeared to follow me around. Odd.

If you're a Rogue or a Feral, you're going to have some problems. The Suit can't stealth, and unlike other quests where companions stealth along with you, it won't. So basically you've lost stealth because the Suit aggroes lots of stuff, which you then have to kill over and over. Avoid the Pulverizer cannons; they're really annoying.

Even better, you can't heal the Suit, so it's usually at low health. I never saw it die, because I just killed everything around it, burning through lots of healing potions (leather armor FTL) in the process. Must have been a Monday morning design. The real problem is that sooner or later, the Suit will aggro a sufficiently-large-enough group that's more than you can handle with your leather armor, so you take a death. But the repair bill is larger than the rewards, so the quest is a net loss, except for some Apexis Crystals and Iron Horde Scraps.

Just take a pass on this turkey until Thanksgiving.

While doing this quest, get the flight point at 87,62. It's outside the base down a short ravine to the left. You'll thank me later. (It's handy for getting to Frostfire Ridge for other quests.)
