Not sure why this is listed as requiring level 1...

Essentially, when you hit 60, you'll automatically receive this quest (if you're alliance) to go back to Stormwind and learn your basic flight.

There's no benefit in doing so, especially if you're in Outland already. You receive no gold or XP for completing this quest. The Alliance trainer, Hargen Bronzewing is in Honor Hold.

However, if you're in Azeroth and near Stormwind anyway, there's no reason not to turn it in when you go learn flight training there.

Additionally, note that you are allowed to buy a Flight Master's License (fly in classic Azeroth), along with Expert Riding skill (allows flight in the first place, and Outlands) at 60. Cold Weather Flight (flying in Northrend) is available at lvl 68, Artisan at 70 (fly faster), and Master at 80 (fly the fastest speed in the game). Could Serpent Riding (ride wind serpents) and Wisdom of the Four winds (fly in Pandaland) are both available at 90.

This quest name is a perfect achievement name for draenor flying instead of Draenor Pathfinder

You need expert level flying lessons for 250gp in addition to completing the quest "I believe you can fly."

Description

The skies call out to you! It's time to learn to fly! Visit the flying trainer, Bralla Cloudwing, at the Gryphon Roost in Stormwind. And don't forget to buy a flying mount!
