After landing, before turning in the quest:

Lor'themar Theron: You gave us no warning about the mogu, Warchief. These statues came to life!
Garrosh Hellscream: Was I wrong to assume your Blood Elves could handle themselves?
Lor'themar Theron: We could have, had we been given any warning. You threw my people to the wolves.
Garrosh Hellscream: Your weakness is not my failing, Regent. My Horde has room only for those strong enough to stand within it.
Lor'themar Theron: Do not question my loyalty, Warchief. We came across an ocean to fight for you.
Garrosh Hellscream: Yes, and with your help, we will pry the secrets from this land. For the glory of the Horde!
Garrosh Hellscream: If I must pay with some elven blood, then so be it.
Lor'themar Theron: Take care, Garrosh. You would destroy the Horde to create your perfect future.

Lorethemar theron : You gave us no warning about the mogu, Warchief. These statues came to life.

So people died, because Garrosh in his laziness couldnt spare a few words to form the sentence,

"Yo, check it, mogu statues can come to life, watch it homes"

and seriously where am I this entire time, I have lore master and what not, I know these things, why don't my faction npcs know this, have I not filed any reports at all? TLDR Garrosh, another ^&*! move in a long line of ^&*! moves.

Remember it wasn't like the elves were just wandering around looking for artifacts, its implied Garrosh knew this area and didn't give a flying f$#$

It's kind of exciting to finally get quests that involve Lor'themar Theron! Having little knowledge of who he is, you get a good idea he's not a complete lapdog and will bite back to Garrosh's remarks. The cracks are starting to show, and not just from Vol'jin alone now.

Got this quest today, took the flight from Tak-Tak and... no amount of waiting for conversations to finish, clicking on Garrosh or Lor'themar or flying out of the subzone and back in would get the quest to complete. Then I flew to camp, logged out, and this time when I flew back to the Mogujia subzone, the quest complete triggered immediately.

So tl;dr: If you don't get a quest complete trigger when first flying here, move out of the subzone, log out, log back in and re-enter the subzone and you should be good to go.

After the landing look at Tak-Tak. He is not just flies away and dissapears but falls of his skydiving kite

Throm-ka, <class>. While we were busy defending our foothold here, Regent Lord Lor'themar Theron led a research expedition north into Kun-Lai Summit.

Unfortunately, it seems they have encountered trouble.

Warchief Garrosh Hellscream has already departed to lend his assistance, but he will require additional reinforcements.

Go northward into the mountains of Kun-Lai. Speak to Tak-Tak for transportation.
