Located at 67.8, 74.1. Its a good idea to clear the area from all the pats just to be on the safe side. He is a normal dps guy, nothing special about him.

It's great that you guys are all upset about grammar but NONE of your posts tells me how to kill this guy. I got him down from 644K to about 300K when suddenly his health shot back up to max. That happened twice before he wore me down to zero. What's the trick?

If you are looking to do this quest to grab some transmog there is no chain that leads to it, you simply have to kill the mobs in the area for the quest item to drop.

If you don't see the Fearmaster and the area is phased, you need to do the BFA questline Mogu at the Gates to revert this area back to its original phase.
