The sounds the Water Sprites make when you kill them just breaks my heart. I just can't do it.

I agree, I hate this quest and have abandoned it
I REFUSE TO DO IT until blizz comes up with a way NOT to kill the lil buggers!

Screw you Blizzard, I don't care if people down-vote this comment, this quest is just horrible!

I normally have my sound off, but I just happened to be listening to the new MoP music when I did this, and the damn things cry out in pain and distress. They even have more than one soundtrack!

I tried skipping it, but you have to complete it as one of the three quests to go to the next step.

Feels like kicking puppies or something, I really find it inappropriate, even in a game setting.

The dialog of Chen, Li Li, and Mudmug is different, depending on the order you accept these three quests:

Clear the Way from Chen
Barrels, Man from Li Li
The Fanciest Water from Mudmug

There is a lot of overlap when a character is picked first or third; most of the unique lines are when a character is picked second.
After completing these three quests, this also affects the order of the bosses you fight in the next quest in the chain, Cleaning House

If you pick Chen first, Li Li second, Mudmug third:

They're spirits, they're just banished, not killed. And it's for a good purpose: Beer!

On another note, I found the drop rate to be a little over 1 in 5 as I had to kill/banish 17 of them to get the three. Statistics where n=1 suck but I didn't see any other comments on drop rates.

I have to echo everyone else. I just can't do this quest. You go up to them and see that they are just...playing, and then kill them!. It's awful! I'm making BEER out of babies, that's what I'm doing. Why couldn't it have been a simple " ask" quest? Or I play a little game with them or something and they give me water, but no, we had to go the violent kicking puppies and sad noises route. This is especially disturbing if you play a Pandaren and saved a little water spirit ancient yourself, it feels like sacrilege. WTF Blizz?

I have no way of proving this but if you watch closely the sprites will toss a ball of water to each other... kill the one holding the water.

Description

I've heard lots of cockamamie rumors about this here brewery. I thought they were all false... until I saw that giant hozen.

So, it got me thinkin', what if the other rumors are true? I heard this one rumor just the other day about some water sprites that run around inside the brewery, causin' a ruckus and whatnot. Their bodies are actually MADE OF WATER.

I reckon a man could make some mighty fine beer with some fancy water like that. If you find any, could you bring me some?
