I don't know where it came from but i searched for long time but couldn't find Rasha'krak.
After a while i was doing another quest for other fiery monster slain like Magma, Inferno elemental he appeared in front of me. So just keep killing those elementals or search around for a while.. It will appear.

Just follow the line on the map and finally you will find him, not so hard to miss.

It's on 36,41 where I found him.

He is NOT inside the big tunnel labyrinth. He walks around where the golems and dwarfs are. I will submit a screenshot of him.

It's a little strange that to avoid getting involved in elemental wars, you're asked to kill an important elemental...

The current map is correct. In doing the Heat That Just Don't Quit quest, his patrol brought him near me five times! I had to kill him five times. I hate that! Just phase me please.

Description

Based on this information you've delivered, I believe that one of this "Archduke's" minions may already have turned its eyes toward Thorium Point.

His name is Rasha'krak, and he patrols the lava pools just to our south. He looks like the latent fire elementals that rage nearby, except for one small difference: the bracers of binding that encircle his wrists.

Find him and bring these bracers to me, <name>. I need proof that we are in danger before we involve ourselves in elemental wars.
