When doing this quest you must go to the little village area's where the campfires are and then use your Signal Flare and then well you will get your first part of your quest. the next village is directly in front of the other one. The only problem is getting to it. Then once you have reached the other village, use you Signal Flare to strike the village then go back and return it Slamp Wobblecog.

'Northern' spot is at 64/54, in the ring of stones.
'Southern' spot is approximately 63/57, near the fire burning in the ring of stones.

Where u have to stike is
1)near the place where u have killed the big booss
2)go to the big drums and forward a little bit.

I think this quest might be bugged. I have tried to do this in both spots and it doesn't work. I have tried every position possible. If this is bugged for anyone else can you let me know? Thanks!

Getting too close to the fire on the southern retreat doesnt work...stay back somewhat close to the crates by the big drum and it will work fine

the gnomes appear to have lost their gyrocopters. they are just floating in the air like supergnome.

Use the Signal Flare to call in airstrikes at the northern and southern ends of Frostmane Retreat.

Description

Delber's technicians have been up day and night helping us prepare for this strike. Aside from building and tuning the personnel launcher, his men have prepared the covert operations air wing for a strike on Frostmane Retreat. They'll be waiting for a signal to begin their strikes.

Take this flare with you, and set it off near the cluster of buildings at the northern end of the village, and the buildings at the southern end of the village. The flying machines will make a quick strike at each site.
