This is not a two part quest chain. Forces of Nature: Faerie Dragons can be done simultaneously.

You do however have to complete the three (3) part quest chain given by Handler Tessina at the Tower of Estulan starting with Forces of Nature: Wisps first.

Well? Where is it?.. :(

In fact, it's not the first time I'm offered a smaller reward - often it's 1-2 items instead of 3-5 listed on this site. Either the rewards changed or some automatic filtering occurs (which is bad as I can't choose a more expensive version in cases of unsuitable stats).
(And speaking of unsuitable stats - for some reason most of the time I get mob-drops with intellect stat - instead of agility for myself or a proper random variety. Baffling and annoying.)

I find it humerus that the poachers who ambush you are armed with simple bows and arrows, attempting to hunt down colossal beings made of stone.

Before you can do this quest, and Forces of Nature: Faerie Dragons, you have to complete the series of quests offered by Handler Tessina over at the Tower of Estulan.

Description

The mountain giants are our most powerful allies of the forest. They're carved from the land itself.

Not many of our enemies are willing to fight off a walking hillside. It only takes a few of these to turn the tide of a battle completely.

The mountain giants here have been afflicted by some illness lately, but I've seen a healthy group of them to the southwest.
