From the questgiver, just follow the road up the hill. There should be scouts patrolling between the questgiver and Hunter's Hill.

I accepted this quest but at the time I was still doing quests in Stonetalon Mountains. I came back to this quest at a later time I flew from Orgrimmar to Hunter's Hill. When I got there I ran down the path and I couldn't find any mobs along the path. When I reached the original quest giver again I abandoned quest and re-accepted quest. I went up the path again and there were finally mobs to kill!

Description

This way, <class>! I see you've discovered the high road.

The Alliance hopes to sever our ties with Stonetalon, but they forget that we tauren have hunted across these lands for generations. We know every hillside switchback and game trail from here to Thousand Needles.

But for these paths to stay open, we must stop the humans from mapping them out.

Patrol the trail east and kill any high road scouts you find along the way, then speak to Tunawa Stillwind just up the path.
