Brewhouse is a Tier 2 ability in the Order Hall upgrade Tech Tree for Monks. When unlocked, each you can tap the Bubbling Keg once a day to obtain an item that provides an ability bonus.

The list of items is as follows:

Lungfiller Brew - Use: Allows you to breathe underwater for 1 hour.
Swiftpad Brew - Use: Increases movement speed by 30%. 1 hour duration.
Bubblebelly Brew - Use: Periodically emit bubbles, which cause you and nearby party members to absorb 15000 damage. 1 hour duration.
Stoutheart Brew - Use: Increases health by 15%. 1 hour duration.
Seastrider Brew - Use: Allows you to walk on water for 1 hour.
Skysinger Brew - Use: Increases damage dealt by 10% while under the sky. 1 hour duration.
Featherfoot Brew - Use: Reduces your fall speed for 1 hour.
Badgercharm Brew - Use: Periodically charm critters that you pass by. 1 hour duration.
Tumblerun Brew - Use: Roll has infinite charges. 1 hour duration.
Exploding Cask - Use: Deals 500,000 Fire damage to enemies within 30 yd.

In addition to the above items, the Bubbling keg has a chance to contain Legend of the Monkey King, which unlocks the hidden weapon appearance (Ancient Brewkeeper) for the Brewmaster Monk weapon, Fu Zan, the Wanderer's Companion.

Brewhouse can be obtained at level 105. It costs 500 Order Resources to learn this ability, but 2000 Order Resources if you want to switch within the tier later.

Don't waste time and resources on this; the brews are currently bugged and have ne effect.

Despite ppl thinking it's bugged, it's not. Just goto 55.1, 56.0 Check out my screenshot, go in and look to your left.

The brewhouse is next to the tiger training master, not the inn where you spoke to Lili to begin the DPS artifact quest.

Pretty sure this is the place where you first pick up Chen as a companion.

i also got from this a purple item "exploding cask" which does about half a million damage to nearby mobs

Check this guide for a list of items you can get from this choice. The #1 item is the Brewmaster hidden artifact appearance item, Legend of the Monkey King. You do not need to be Brewmaster specced, or loot specced, to receive it.

You simply go to the Brewhouse at the Monk order hall. From using Zen Pilgrimage, turn around and go downstairs to Mandori Village. Take the left path past your mission table, follower trainers, and training dummies, to the Stormstout Inn at the end. There is a large Bubbling Keg to the left of the bar. Click on it once a day to get whatever RNG chooses to grant you.

Why does Brewhouse have a four hour wait time, before Stormstout Inn can be accessed? I'd really like to know the reasoning behind this insanity.

All items are restricted to level 42 and above as of Shadowlands, so this is essentially useless for leveling.

Still probably preferable for the hidden appearance.

Brewhouse

Grants you access to the Bubbling Keg inside the Stormstout Inn once a day. Tapping the Bubbling Keg will grant valuable bonuses to assist you while questing in the Broken Isles.
