At this time, these fishing schools are hard to find. These fish are necessary at first for a fishing quest. It could be from everyone else fishing them, or it could be not being able to fly, or both.

I figured schools would be the fastest way to catch fish, but with a small number of pools, it proved much faster to just start fishing in open water. I got some bait pretty quickly and with some lures, I was able to catch all the enormous fish I needed for my achieve.

As from a comment made by khaztadars on the actual entry for the fish:

For those looking to fish up the Enormous ones for the achievement (which you no longer have to fish in the pools for), the best place to fish these up is The Shimmer Moor, Coords @ 57;63. Stand on the rock, and fish TOWARDS the waterfall. Facing away will give you Crescentfish.

It's important to note that the map for these here on wowhead is out of date. There have been many pools added especially on the western edge of the river as well as the northern coast line. Don't feel like you have to simply follow the dots above if you are looking to do this last minute like me (7.0.3)

There is a Blind Lake Sturgeon fishing pool at 59.0, 67.3, next to a bunch of Shimmering Croakers.
I've found this spot to be the best spot for fishing up Enormous Blind Lake Sturgeons thus far.
With the pool it's 100%, between cooldowns the Enormous drops an average every 5 casts, sometimes it's 2 casts, sometimes it's 8, and sometimes you get like 5 casts in a row of Enormous drops.
My Draenor Fishing lvl 105. And I didn't use any lures. Good luck.
