Got the item to summon him from Garrison invasion.
We didn't kill him whit our raidgroup of 12. We wiped around 75%....
But I wanna share some facts about, so YOU might do it :)

- You can use Bodyguards, machines and stuff (nukular etc.)
- After spawning the Boss the fight instant starts (no pulling) so preb before!
- You can rezz your team like the npcs in a invasion (blooddrops, klick it)
- You don't have a secound chance to try!
- After wipe, boss and item to summon him is gone!

A raid of 40 man just summoned this boss without anything actually happening, a arcane thing same model like Imperators mines spawned for a second then just despawned and boss never came. Be careful does not seem to be working as advertised as of 02-03/15

He is summoned to your garrison with Arcane Highmaul Relic.

Recommended to have a group of 10-40 players.

This boss has three abilities:

Dodge the Arcane Orb, Interrupt/Spellsteal/Purge Arcane Surge, and run away from the group if he puts Unleashed Energy on you it will kill anyone around you.

I highly recommend the leader using Enchanted Crystal of Replenishment right under the boss, since he never moves.

Just completed with a group of 15 - 2 Tanks, 3 Healers and 10 DPS.
Two of the DPS were 632 & 648 ilvl, otherwise everyone else was above 680ilvl - all with 125 food, Greater Flasks.

Things we noted:
There is a cast time for summoning the boss. I had been under the impression that as soon as the item was clicked that the boss would appear so there was a defined moment you could prepot - sadly this wasn't the case for our group.
18 seconds until the boss appeared (from beginning of summon cast to appearance).
Killed it in 2.5 minutes all up.

Now to kill the other 5 bosses for my achievement!

Garrison Invasion Bosses
There are six possible garrison bosses that can be summoned. They are summoned by the items below, and are each associated with a specific type of invasion:

Heart of Oak summons Teluur, and can be obtained during a Botani invasion
Arcane Highmaul Relic summons Mage Lord Gogg'nathog, and can be obtained during an Ogre invasion
Runed Greatstone summons Gaur, and can be obtained during a Goren invasion
Bloodied Iron Horde Banner summons Commander Dro'gan, and can be obtained during an Iron Horde invasion
Legion Beacon summons Lady Fleshsear, and can be obtained during a Shadow Council invasion
Void Prison summons Annihilon, and can be obtained during a Shadowmoon invasion

Below I've compiled some information on these Garrison Invasion Bosses:

The items that summon these bosses can be received by successfully completing a garrison invasion, with ANY rating achieved (bronze, silver, gold or platinum).
The items can be obtained on your second, third, fourth etc. invasion in a week even if you have already completed an invasion that week and won all of the reward bags.
The person that has the summoning item must summon the boss from a Level 3 garrison, but it doesn't have to be their own. Anyone in the group leader's raid group and in that person's garrison can engage the boss.
The bosses are recommended to be tackled by 10-40 players, and they scale in health and abilities. In general, though, the more people that you have, the more room you have for error.
Once used, the summoning items are consumed and cannot be used again (even if you wipe!)
The bosses have personal loot tables, and drop a guaranteed 75 Garrison Resources and 75 Apexis Crystal, along with a chance to drop 645 or 660 epic gear, Arcane Crystal trading post parts, and any of the 4 invasion mounts (Garn Steelmaw, Giant Coldsnout, Smoky Direwolf or Shadowhide Pearltusk).

Note that you can obtain two mounts from a single boss - they have independent drop chances!
Although a certain mount may have dropped for you in the past, it may still drop again in the future.

The gear that drops can be Warforged, have a socket, be Indestructible (no repairs required ever), or have a tertiary stat (Leech, Speed or Avoidance).
You can only loot ONE garrison boss per week/raid lockout.

This restriction is per toon - you can kill another garrison boss in the same lockout on an alt!
Once you've killed a garrison invasion boss, "Garrison Raid Defense" will appear in your list of lockouts (Press "O", then click Raid Info at the top right of your Raid tab).

Killing all of the different raid bosses grants the achievement Master and Commander. Only the kill is required (even if someone else has summoned them).

This achievement is NOT account-wide! Therefore, while you can kill these bosses on multiple toons for chances at loot, kill credit for all 6 needs to be on a single character for the achievement.

I have yet to see this boss in premade or anywhere. The Ogre appexis dailies seem to be quite rare on Alliance so not many people do them and thus the drop rate for the item which summons this boss is really low it seems.

Mage Lord Gogg'nathog is summoned by Arcane Highmaul Relic that can be obtained during an Ogre Invasion .

Ogre Invasions are triggered by completing the daily quest Assault on Stonefury Cliffs in your garrison.
