Poor Archmage Sol has a great voice actress and powerful spells from each Mage talent school. Interrupt the Parasitic Growth to keep her spellcasting from becoming faster. Stay away from the green swirls on the ground.
Phase 1 "Fire should burn away the contagion!": The parasite makes it so her fireballs usually can't be interrupted. Her Firebloom spell creates rings of fire that radiate outward. Simply jump over them to avoid damage.
Phase 2 "Surely ice will make them wither?": Interrupt her frostbolts when you can. She will cast a moving blizzard spell Sapphiron-style, move away from it.
Phase 3 "Get away, GET AWAY!": At this point she will cast Firebloom, Blizzard, and begin spamming Arcane Burst, hitting for huge amounts of AOE damage. Burn your cooldowns and bring her down.

There is a way to skip all bosses except for Archmage Sol and Yalnu.

This works for both regular Everbloom as well as Heroic.

When entering, go to the right instead of left as if you were going for Witherbark. On the left side of the path, there is a hut. Kill everything in front of and in it. Go out the back of the hut, and go to the left. There is a way up the cliff that spills you out onto the Kirin Tor section of the Everbloom. Kill Archmage Sol, and the gate will open to Yalnu.

This is also a great way to bypass a lot of trash even if you want to kill all the bosses. Just drop down to the path on the right side of the cliff if you want the ancient protectors. and Xeri'Tac after killing Witherbark.

To get through this fight in Mythic, we interrupt the first Parasitic Growth to move into the frost phase. Then we skip interrupting the next Parasitic Growth so she doesn't end up in her arcane phase since that is pretty hard to heal through. We just burn all our cooldowns and kill her in her enhanced frost phase. Hope this helps anybody who's trying.
