I don’t know if i missed a spawn or not (if it’s under 1hr 45m, then I definitely missed it), but the first spawn I saw was at 1:28AM server, and the next one was 4:44AM server; 3 hours 16 minutes apart.
So it’s possible the spawn window is 1:30-2:00 hours.
Also, it seems like this is a once-per-day loot as the 2 other times I looted it only gave me grey items.

UPDATE: shortest respawn I’ve seen is 1 hour 7 minutes.

Though her path is pretty small and you can basically sit in the middle of it to see her if she's up, if you're looking for an exact location, she spawned at 40.6,50.9 and started patrolling north (counter-clockwise). She doesn't show up on the zone map, but does have one of those little stars on the minimap.

Camping this has been a pain, the game dropped me into a new shard multiple times throughout the past 2 days camping (I have several maxed druids, for reasons). I don't believe it's farmable on a single character after your first kill but if you happen to see it again, I guess there's no harm in trying (aside taking a kill away from the next player to come along).

After I started noting the shard ID's and noticed when I had swapped to a new shard, every confirmed respawn was 2 hours give or take a few minutes. My prior times waiting under 2 hours were all on unconfirmed shards so I may have very well changed without realising. For people farming this, I suggest using the addon "RareTracker (RT)" and keeping an eye on your shard ID.

Currently, this is not a rare I think you can easily just happen across, it's very contested! People are constantly flying through checking or camping. If you are serious about it, just wait the spawn out and pray you don't leave the shard.

Made a macro to check if you've killed the 6 druid rares already. Hope this helps my fellow druids with these farms!

Either the mark dropping rares have a bad luck protection (which increases your drop chance each time you kill them) or the drop chance for the first kill of the day is extra high.

Cian was the last one I needed to complete my mark farming from all rares. It dropped today after 16 attempts (farmed with 2 druids). Overall not that bad, all marks dropped under 20 attempts for me. My fellow druids also have had similar attempts so I don't think I'm just extremely lucky. I don't know if my assumption is correct but thanks god it's over. When I saw the drop chances listed here with 0.4%-2% I thought I'd be farming them all til the end of this expansion. They only drop loot for the first kill of the day for each character so there's no point to kill them more than once a day with the same character.

My overall attempts for each mark:

Matriarch Keevah: 1
Moragh, the Slothful: 12
Mosa Umbramane: 8
Ristar the Rapid: 6
Talthonei Ashwhisper: 5
Keen-eyed Cian: 16

Cian is probably the most painful rare to camp because of his long spawn time (seems like up to 3hrs) but if you're camping him, have your LFG tool open and keep refreshing once awhile, searching for "ci". Don't bother searching for his full name "keen-eyed cian", if he spawns people gotta be fast typing and joining. Somehow hunters and DKs can smell Cian from miles away and will nuke them down asap. With that method I've farmed Cian with both druids within 2 hours each day.

This rare does NOT keep his name or title so no real need for Hunters to tame. Plenty of other cats to give the color for Hunters looking to snag the color :)

If you’re looking to tame, don’t bother. Doesn’t retain the name after tame (which sucks)

Spawned right at 10:38pm realm time and you can’t miss it, this cat is huge.

Very cool looking pet but save yourself the trouble and go tame one of the common spawns that are the same colour.

well ,it dropped after 99 attempts .Drop rate is awful, spawn time is double awful , proof here https://imgur.com/XaPg8H2 .

finally dropped after 150 kills, this was the worst as it is so close to the bear world boss. very often i just left my pc for 2minutes and then he was dead. Respawn was between 2 and 4 hours.
I created a few druids on almost "dead" realms where he spawned after 3horus. So I guess it were phasing issues on the big realms.

The drop rate on these forms is beyond miserable. I understand the novelty of a drop, but for a simple recolor of an existing model, the rate should be boosted to 10% or the respawn timer should be significantly reduced to compensate.

Tried to be nice by announcing Cian's spawn in general. A not-druid started attacking, so I went ahead and tagged it, too. Got a Primal Bear Spine... and now I am wondering if Cian is a hybrid, or if it just had bear for breakfast.

I can confirm that you can get the form with a Class Trial Druid. I was able to learn it and use it on my main druid.
You will need 2 friends to summon the Class Trial army to Emerald Dream + help with killing the rare since you can't solo it at lvl 60. Make sure to also get at least 1 damaging hit and you should get credit :)

Camping this is annoying because Rarescanner pings for Nuoberon, Reefbreaker and Envoy what seems to be every 5 seconds, giving you a false sense of "he's here!"

For those with Tomtom, here's a handy waypoint list for /ttpaste for all the druid drops. Just remove any you don't need the drop from.
I used Moragh's cave entrance, it's close enough to pick up his spawn location (40.4, 72.4) on the map, but this way you fly right to where you can get in, lol.
Talthonei has multiple spawn locations.

After a month of farming every day, I finally got Mark of the Keen-Eyed Dreamsaber

I really feel like the drop chance may be a little skewed but oh well. I never have to look at that purple cat again :P
