When Stitchflesh's Creation cast Meat Hook you need move in front of the boss and get out of the way when the cast is finishing to down the boss from the platform.

Make sure no one is in between Stichflesh's Creation and Stitchflesh when it casts Meat Hook or else the hook will grab them instead of Stichflesh.

Meat Hook CAN hook hunter pets - make sure to move your pets out of the way as well.

Seems to have a unique voiceline for each race when they get fixated by him.

Said "Parts that can transform? Two for one! Genius!" after I got targeted on my worgen and "Impressive ears! Those are so hard to find." when he fixated a night elf.

Since this is tyrannical week, it seems that he spawns the abomination when:
a) One dies AND he's on the platform
b) He jumps back on to the platform

The implication of this is that if you don't cleave down the first abomination DURING the time he's targetable and kill it only after he had jumped back; you will spawn two abominations making the fight much harder.

It either works that way or was just conveniently bugged for the two of my +10 Tyrannical keys this week.

Overview – Surgeon Stitchflesh periodically [Awakens Creations] to aid him from atop his platform while his constructs assault players with [Meat Hook].
- Tank –
  Aim [Meat Hook] carefully to pull Surgeon Stitchflesh from his platform.
  Quickly engage new constructs when Surgeon Stitchflesh casts [Awaken Creation].
  Defend cautiously against [Mutilate].
- Damage Dealers –
  Aim [Meat Hook] carefully to pull Surgeon Stitchflesh from his platform.
  Quickly defeat Stitchflesh's creations before you are overwhelmed.
  Prioritize Surgeon Stitchflesh while he's in the arena before he has a chance to [Escape].
- Healer –
  Aim [Meat Hook] carefully to pull Surgeon Stitchflesh from his platform.
  Tanks will take a severe amount of damage from [Mutilate].

Stage One

Surgeon Stitchflesh assaults enemies from the safety of his worktable.

Noxious Fog – Surgeon Stitchflesh's work area is filled with a noxious fog that protects him from harm.

Inflicts 330317 Plague damage every 1 sec. to nearby enemies.
Awaken Creation – Stitchflesh awakens one of his monstrous creations and douses them with Festering Rot.
- Stitchflesh's Creation
  - Meat Hook – The construct hurls its meat hook through the air, pulling the first target hit to its location.
    Inflicts 40 Physical damage to players.
  - Mutilate – Inflicts 824394 Physical damage to an enemy.
  - Festering Rot – Stitchflesh's creation is drenched in a rotting liquid that inflicts 3298 Plague damage to all enemies every 3 sec.
    This effect stacks.
Embalming Ichor – Stitchflesh throws a jar of his embalming ichor, inflicting 15 Plague damage to all players within 4.5 yds and leaving behind a puddle of Embalming Ichor.
- Embalming Ichor – Standing in the disgusting fluids inflicts 164879 Plague damage every 1 sec.
Stitchneedle – Stitchflesh throws a sharp needle, inflicting 123659 Physical damage and causing the player to bleed for 24732 Physical damage every 1 sec. for 10 sec.

Stage Two

Once pulled into the arena, Surgeon Stitchflesh joins the fray with his murderous cleaver.

Sever Flesh – Surgeon Stitchflesh inflicts 659515 Physical damage to his current target.
Morbid Fixation – Surgeon Stitchflesh fixates on a nearby target for 8 sec, increasing his damage done by 100% but reducing movement speed by 60%.
Embalming Ichor – Stitchflesh throws a jar of his embalming ichor, inflicting 15 Plague damage to all players within 4.5 yds and leaving behind a puddle of Embalming Ichor.
- Embalming Ichor – Standing in the disgusting fluids inflicts 164879 Plague damage every 1 sec.
Escape – After a short period of time Stitchflesh escapes to the safety of his worktable.
