You have to separate him from his healbot, I used repentance then aoed down his pack of robots. Each robot had ~1.7m health, and Craggle had ~800k

EDIT: The toy train set makes him SIGNIFICANTLY easier than the above method. It greatly reduces the amount of health his adds

I killed Craggle but he did not drop his toy either it bugged out or not a 100% drop chance.

*Edit* After killing him many many several times in groups, finally saw it drop for our bear tank. Item was not trade-able to other party members, and dropped of of him directly.

Killed him today in a group of 3, no toy for any of us. Not directly from him, nor from the chests. Drop chance is not garunteed.

He has quite a bit of health compared to other mobs in the instance and his bots hit quite hard. His companions have the buff Watchful Eye with the text "Maybe if you found some way to distract him.". I'm not sure if that means just plain CC him or if there is some other gimmick involved that might make him easier.

Some classes don't have any kind of CC you could use to separate them, is there something hidden in the Vision to help out?

You have to use toys to distract the him from the robot that'll continue to pat, I found that using my toy train set gave him a 20 second spell cast likely in which you can separate him from the rest.

Warriors, Priests, and Warlocks; you can fear the robots. If you missed you chance with the train set as mentioned earlier, a good fear works wonders. Just go absolutely ham on Craggle when the robots are away, and avoid AoE when they're feared and close. Seems to be up in every run I've done today, so either I'm lucky or he's always up.

Throw him toys? Nah, I just keep him CCed and kill the rest. Too much wasted time doing toy stuff. I just Ice-trapped him on my hunter, and while keeping him like that, move my pet, and the robots away and killed one by one. I could just try and nuke him down but would have to deal with the robots anyway, unless, they may leash back if I walked too far from their path.

im gonna be honest here with you guys i just rushed and nuked the gnome becasue his little robots despite having 1700k hp are completly irelevant (they were for me as a 430enh) and after i killed him the bots became 120k hp. not only that but you can run away from him aswell and he resets. this toy distraction shenanigans is completly irelevant

Got the toy today on my 4th kill.As a Warrior I barely have any CC, so I just fear the bots and burst him while they're running.Takes like 2 minutes to kill him if you don't use toys or don't have any good CCs.

This fella counts as an Elite mob, so you get 200 sanity on kill.If you can hard CC his companions and burst him down fast it can be worth a kill in some scenarios.

For the sake of clarity (since no one else has even mentioned it), Craggle Wobbletop has the chance to drop the Toy Overly Sensitive Void Spectacles. This item is directly looted from him, rather than being available in the end-of-vision chests.

Further to this, he counts as an Elite mob, and as such will trigger Elite Extermination for 200 sanity.

To also elaborate on how to deal with him, you can either drop a Toy Train Set (a Toy that can be purchased from Toy vendors in Orgrimmar or Stormwind, including from the real world Craggle Wobbletop!) to distract him, allowing you to kill his bots, OR you can use a long lasting CC (Hex, Repentance, Polymorph, etc.) and then pull his bots away from him.

When you pull his Toy bots far enough from him, their health drops by a HUGE amount, making them very simple to kill! Don't pull them much further though, as they easily will reset and leash back to their original spot. Just watch their health bars as you kite them from Craggle Wobbletop, and as soon as you see their health change, just stop and DPS them down (their health is typically in the 350k range with 5 masks once outside of Craggle's aura). Finally, go back to Craggle Wobbletop and kill him!

I engaged this guy not knowing beforehand what he really was. Immediately regretted it & lost all hope of succeeding that that vision run.

I find I can take him down fairly easily if I CC the shield bot toy (use ice trap on my hunter). He and the rest of the toys die pretty easily without the shield.

Killed him just now.

Wasn't aware of the use of the train set to distract him, so I just nuked him. That took a very long time, but there was never any danger. Not a recommended method, though, due to the time it takes. Just a head-up for those who doesn't have the train set - it's certainly doable.

Okay i hate this guy, i thought, oh this is neat a boss i haven't seen before he doesn't have too much health maybe ill be able to kill him and get something special. NOPE, im item level 442 and it took forever to kill him, i know he has something that gives him 90% resistance when his robot is nearby but as a paladin theirs not much i can do there. It took all of my sanity to kill him and i also revived, but i couldn't kill his robots in time in order to put down a sanity gain pool. Overall really bad fight that tricks inexperienced players into losing 10,000 coalescing visions.

I used Mass Root and pulled away until buff was gone for easy kill. Toy drop on 2nd kill

After failing two or three times with Toy Train Set (bad timing, or didn't pull bots far enough, or something?), I tried Hijack Synaptic Circuits on the shieldbot (as suggested by ) which worked like a charm: It turns the shieldbot friendly for 3 minutes, which is plenty of time to kill Craggle Wobbletop.

You "Can" kill him without any tricks, cc, toys, etc.
But pack a lunch, its an all day job. I did it to see how long it would take. Just about 10 minutes solo DH.
didnt need potions or food buffs for sanity etc. but it was close when I was done.
