These are found in multiple locations. You can do Honeyback Harvester events multiple times per day. Create a /tar macro and fly around the zone spamming it, or see waypoints below. Once finding one, you will be able to do a 'wave' type combat event.

BEE EVENTS/BEEVENTS
Definitely the most polarizing part of this faction.
A shaft of light on several fixed locations will show, one every 20 minutes, where a Honeyback Harvester friendly NPC is.
Talking to the bee will give you the option to start the Beevent.
BEEVENTS are timed events to see how many waves of enemies you can kill within 5 minutes. This means the more people at the event, the more loot you can get at the end.
HOWEVER, the enemies do scale with every person who tags them.
This means you must pay attention and do your best during the Beevents, or you don't get more loot and have to grind more.
Every 5 waves there is a chance for a rare to spawn. These rares drop quest items that guarantee 750 rep.
The rares ALWAYS spawn on wave 15, with I believe a guarantee bigger jelly drop always happening on 20.
This is why people will swear at you and curse your mothers if you start a Beevent without a 40 man raid being present.
If you've done Beevents solo and always get rares then you're either extremely skilled and should be getting paid to play WoW like Method. Or are extremely lucky.
Bee considerate, tell the zone with /1 before you start it.
Bee patient, wait for people to show up.

Doesnt anybody else also encountered, that waves just stop to appear during the event? happened to me already like 6 times on different locations and with different wave count... so annoying

Talking to a Honeyback Harvester starts an event where waves of enemies spawn for 5 minutes. Each wave needs to be defeated before the next wave spawns. When the time is up, one of 6 different Fresh Jelly Deposits will spawn, depending on the wave you reached, with higher waves awarding a higher tier Deposit with superior loot. You can receive loot once per hour (eligibility resets on the hour).

Through my own testing and inspecting Wowhead data I have found that:

Minimum Wave Number required for a chance at Papi is Wave 15
It might be possible that it can drop with extremely low chance on lower waves, but WoWhead has 0 recorded drops.
Maximum chance for Papi requires Wave 40+ (but you still get a decent chance in wave 30-39)
Sunsoaked Flitter has a 3-4% chance from any Fresh Jelly Deposit
A higher tier Fresh Jelly Deposit yields more/better Jelly to hand-in for rep or sell
