Tidelord Dispersius rare is located in Azsh'ari Terrace in the pool of water.
You'll find 3 channeling Azsh'ari Invoker in the area. To summon Tidelord Dispersius
kill Azsh'ari Invoker. His spawn is not guaranteed, most of the times
they'll summon elite, you'll have to kill it and wait for Azsh'ari Invoker respawn.

I'm fairly certain Tidelord Dispersius and Tidelord Aquatus share a spawn timer.

Summoned Dispersius at about 8:02pm server time (Thrall), and Aquatus wouldn't spawn until 9:02pm server. Worth noting that I started camping both of their sites at the same time (about half an hour before Dispersius finally spawned), and was flying back and forth between the two once I was done killing the adds, which took about 5-6 minutes to respawn after the Invokers and the elite elemental were killed.

This was just my experience, not sure if anyone else has had the same.

I can confirm that repeated killings of the 3 channelling invokers eventually spawns tidelord. It took me 3 attempts at about 5-7min per spawn time. So around 20minutes total wait time. I suspect that there is a hard timer, which will spawn the lesser rare, and once the hard timer is reached, the tidelord spawns. I sat around and waited for them to respawn just to test out my theory. After two more spawn wipes, I did not successfully spawn the tidelord. I know this is not very controlled or scientific, but it confirms that at least in my instance, he did not immediately respawn again.

Putting this post as a comparison to others.

As I write this, I am on my 10th try and no tidelord sofar.
Respawntimer = around 7 min

Starting to hate Blizz since this is really no fun anymore for just 1 rare.

He does not, I repeat he does not spawn at the same location Tidelord Aquatus spawns at. I killed the Invokers and Aquatus as well as the elite 100s of times, to find out that the spawn is probably 50 feet away in a different pool!

Tidelord Dispersius is located in Azsh'ari Terrace (/way 57.97 26.52)
not to be confused with Tidelord Aquatus whos is also located in Azsh'ari Terrace (/way 62.45 29.64)

To summon the Tidelord's you will need to kill the 3 (or however many are present) Azsh'ari Invoker who will be around the pools. They have a chance to summon their respective Tidelord or in Its place will be Unleashed Tidefury.

Kill the Unleashed Tidefury in order to respawn the Azsha'ri Invoker's to attempt to summon again (5-7 min respawn timer.)

Waited 15 minutes and realized I needed to kill the elemental in the water, Lol.

Waited 7 minutes and only one Invoker spawned, killed it and another elemental spawned!

Guess all 3 don't need to be here? Probably a bug.
