You need to put the jug right at her feet or it wont count. Wasted my first jug and then found it out with the second and final jug.

I stood there for 15min waiting, i am not sure what queued it but there was a frog there all of a sudden and then i could talk to her and complete the quest. If you have not gotten "Dark Iron Ale Mug" yet from the "Grim Guzzler" in "Black Rock Depths" you will want to before you stand around to get the quest/turn in the quest. You mite want to buy more then one when you are there, it is a long run.

Does any one know what queues this quest?

This NPC can still be found in the updated Darkmoon Faire, and will still give the quest for Jub-Jub. The quest takes a few minutes to spawn after you toss the Dark Iron Ale Mug at her feet.

She is near the eastern edge of the faire, near Chronos who gives out the first aid quest.

Also sometimes in the area is Flik, the little orc boy that sells the wood frog and tree frog boxes.

You must wait until Morja says: "Jubjub? Where are you, Jubjub? Oh no! Where did you go this time!"

Place a Dark Iron Ale Mug (sold by Plugger Spazzring in Blackrock Depths) at Morja's feet. This will unlock Spawn of Jubjub, which rewards Unhatched Jubling Egg. It takes a week to hatch into A Jubling's Tiny Home.

To sum it all up for patch 4.3:

1 - You MUST wait for Morja to say "Jubjub? Where are you, Jubjub? Oh no! Where did you go this time!"

2 - You MUST place the Dark Iron Ale Mug AT HER FEET. If you place it in front of her, like myself, Jubjub will not spawn. When placed at her feet, Jubjub will spawn in the distance and run to Morja to drink up the ale.

3 - Make sure to have an extra dark iron ale mug on you, because if you leave and go back (Like I did because I failed) the quest will more than likely not be available, and you'll have to do it all over. Luckily for me, I only bought one new mug, so I get to wait!

I put down a mug before she said anything, not realizing you were supposed to wait. By the time she did speak a minute or two later, there were three people standing there waiting. Luckily my mug had still not despawned, and it counted to start the quest for all of us. Just took one more mug to turn in for the egg!

Just a couple of suggestions to speed up getting this quest done at the DMF.

1) It's easy to forget, but there is a very fast way to get to the Grim Guzzler in BRD! If you or someone you know has the Direbrew's Remote then use it to catch a ride straight there. Even if you don't know what it is, more than likely you'll have numerous players in your guild that do know what it is and have it.

2) Buy more than two of the Dark Iron Ale Mug while you're there, just in case you screw up and waste one or two while trying to get Jubjub to come to Morja.

And last of all, it takes Jubjub about 30 seconds to get to Morja. After placing the Dark Iron Ale Mug at her feet, if you stand so that you're face-to-face with her, you can look back and behind her towards the trees and actually watch Jubjub hop in to her. He starts out quite far away, which is why it takes so long for him to hop to her!

Guide to get it after the Darkmoon Faire moved to the Darkmoon Island:

Grab some Dark Iron Ale Mug, you can buy from Plugger Spazzring (if you have a Direbrew's Remote, it'll take you right next to him). He only sell a limited supply of 10, I recommend you to buy all of them, since I used exactly 10 to do that. You can also buy it from the auction house.

Behind Morja there is a small forest, look out for Jubjub. After you find him, use the Dark Iron Ale Mug to lure him back to Morja. I used a mug every 10 yards (more or less). I'm not sure if he'll follow you if you place it further away. Place the last mug into Morja's feet.

After that, she'll provide you the quest Spawn of Jubjub. You'll need to give her one final Dark Iron Ale Mug to complete the quest, rewarding you with an Unhatched Jubling Egg. It has a 7 days cooldown, after that you can open it and receive A Jubling's Tiny Home (which finally teaches you how to summon Jubling).

Found Morja, placed a Dark Iron Ale Mug at 'on' her feet. Waited a 1-2 minutes she offers the quest and Jubjub appears beside her. I accepts the quest and turn in another Dark Iron Ale Mug to complete it. Never moved an inch and only used two Ales.

I did not need to lure the frog to her. He was bouncing around in the forest and quite far away. Putting the mug at her feet triggers him to hop over to her. Just wait and you'll get the quest.

I did this quest during Brewfest. You can get to Plugger Spazzring easily after you kill Coren Direbrew. I bought all 10 ale's and am glad I did. JubJub seems to be too far away if you put an ale at Morja's feet., it disappears after about thirty seconds and JubJub turns around. I found him near the new Blight Boar concert area, so I lured him placing about 4 evenly spaced ales. So during Brewfest, que for Coren DIrebrew, run up to Plugger up the stairs, buy all the ales, go to Faire, find JubJub first, plan your route. Good to go.
