If you have inscription, Grumpy Grimble will teach you Glyph of the Humble Flyer, after going through some dialog with him. He's a druid in bear form sitting up on a high rocky bridge type thing next to where Henry Hardwick is, coords 50,37 Fogcliff Strand in Tiragarde Sound.

You have to have 150 Kul Tiran Inscription to get the recipe from the bear.

He's sitting on top of the spit of land, looking out over the water - you need to go inland just a bit to get up there.

Well, you see, the young druids these days. The don't respect us traditionalists. You wouldn't see me flying around with tassels or flashy armor.

But, don't those more epic forms allow you to fly faster?

There it is, common ignorance. Who's to say that an old bird can't keep up with those flashy new forms? The humble and original forms served us well for millenia.

I bet you can.

You know it. But, no one will listen to me. They all just shake their scruffy mane, leaves, neck, oh heck it doesn't matter.

That must be frustrating.

Hey I wonder? Maybe if I taught you how the could look respectable, but keep their coveted 'faster flight', then they might listen.

Note:
The same dialogue option is offered by the Horde equivalent NPC, Old Jen'tay.

Even though the character was in fact a night elf druid, it had the But I am not a druid. text.

There are a number of other NPCs named Grimble in the game but not the same NPC (mostly goblins).

His normal dialogue is suitably grumpy in nature also;

It's a lovely little bit of back storey and perspective for the original druid flight form.

He should have different dialogue for if you ARE a druid.
